This is an old but neat Japanese hotel. Everything is done in a proper manner. There is no deliberate flattery or coldness. There is a shuttle bus station at the entrance of Hakuba Ski Resort, which is convenient and comfortable. The Japanese breakfast is also in a proper manner.

A very good stay experience, the room is clean and hygienic, the breakfast variety is okay, not too much, but enough. Enjoy breakfast while admiring the snow scenery. After breakfast, you can take a bus to various ski resorts. The nearest ski resort is Happo-One Ski Resort.

The hotel room is relatively large, with complete facilities, including an electric kettle and heater. In addition, guests are provided with bathrobes in the room. The view outside the window is very good, and the breakfast is also rich. Special thanks to the hotel for its service. Because I forgot something in the room when I left the hotel, and I was already in Tokyo at that time, the hotel still actively cooperated with me to communicate and help send the leftover items. It is a bit far away from the various ski resorts, but fortunately it is the first stop of the shuttle bus, so there will definitely be seats.

Disadvantages: 1. There are too few service staff and they are too busy. 2. It is not a 24-hour service. There will be no staff after get off work hours, so it is all self-service. 3. The hot springs are a bit dirty, because 80% of the people who go skiing in Hakuba are English-speaking foreigners. They don’t understand the rules of Japanese hot springs, and many jump in without washing themselves. 4 Lunch and dinner require reservations and are a bit expensive.

Japanese-style room with breakfast included. Breakfast is Japanese style. The miso soup was full of ingredients, and I was very satisfied with the hot spring*, yogurt, salad, and fruit. It was delicious. The room was clean, but because it was tatami mats, there were mites and it was annoying. So this time I would like to stay in a Western-style room.

Breakfasts were fantastic..full Japanese and varied every day. Staff was helpful. Nice indoor and outdoor Onsen. Had a triple room..lots of space for Japan. Hotel a little dated. Good value!
