The condition of the cabin is too average, the promotional photos are beautiful, but the actual space is too small and narrow, and even one person cannot turn around at the entrance; there is no bathing and hot springs; it is 2 kilometers away from the ski resort, which is too far, and the free bus in the morning is too crowded and can't be crowded at all Go up and won't book again.

Meteor Garden is located conveniently 5-7min drive from main Hakuba Village. One thing to note is that the main cafe in the stay is not open so need to find other dining alternatives. Rooms and amenities are clean and well maintained, the one issue is that it’s not well marked on Google map as it keeps pointing to the restaurant which was not opened and gave us a false alarm. Wifi is not the fastest and does not handle multiple devices that well especially when you are trying to work. There was some confusion when booked via Trip as the contact information was somehow truncated so hotel was unable to contact me without going through Trip thus messages were delayed. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and everyone had a great time…

The bed was comfortable, the whole place was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The bus stop to the snow resorts was right outside which was so handy. And having 7-11 nearby was handy. I was able to cook in the shared kitchen which I was happy to be able to do.

The staff of the hotel is kind to offer us a ride to the hotel as we got here late due to some train delays when there is no bus available. She also introduced the environment and facilities to us and make us feel welcomed. Highly recommended.
