All good except for the location. The room is spacious and the breakfast is grade A

The physical facilities are excellent, but every time you go in and out, you have to go from indoors to outdoors and back indoors, probably just for the view. There is an outdoor distance of 50 meters to go to the hot spring. Elderly people may suffer from stroke, alternating between hot and cold The outdoor soup is under maintenance and not used. After checkout, no one will take care of your luggage. You have to carry it yourself. The dinner is exquisite, but the boys may not be full. After driving around Baima Village for a week, the only people who honked their horns were the hotel’s work vehicles rushing not to know where they were going and not even the guests.

If you come here to ski, don’t stay here! ! ! There is no free shuttle bus to the ski resort. You have to queue up at the door every morning to take the bus, and it is normal to be 20 minutes late. There are so many people and it is crowded. It is normal for the bus to be crowded. Basically, it is almost 10 o'clock before arriving at the ski resort every day. Although there are hot springs, they are very far away and have to pass through a long outdoor area. It is very cold at night in winter. The hotel's own dinner includes French food and Chinese food. The portions of the French food are very small and you won't be full. Chinese food is even more funny. All the dishes are served one after another. After the previous dish is finished, the plate is removed before the next dish is served. After all the dishes are finished, a bowl of white rice is served at the end... And the most important thing is that although the hotel staff have a very good attitude, their English is very poor and they are basically unable to communicate. Anyway, I will never stay here again.

The disadvantage of the hotel is that it is a bit old, but overall it is well maintained and very clean. The room is relatively large for Japan, and most of the facilities are wooden and not very new.

The environment is good, the service is good, there are free private soups, ice cream, milk, curry rice, etc. The children had a great time. The only bad thing is that the child fee is too expensive. Two children are basically equivalent to booking an extra room.

In the summer of 2023, my husband and I were around 50 and stayed for one night on a trip for my wife's birthday. We were both very satisfied. I believe that they have made good use of the large site, and that their investments in water, plants, etc. have created a wonderful landscape, a sense of space, and a sense of satisfaction. This might be my favorite point about this inn. The private bath was quite full when we checked in at 4:30 pm, so if you want to enjoy that, we recommend checking in early. The same goes for dinner. If it's a late inn Dinner started at 8pm, but we had a private bath (not a hot spring). Afterwards, enjoy the time until dinner time while relaxing in the lounge where light meals such as wine, cheese, and olives are served. I think these efforts to keep people waiting are very good. We took a flight from Haneda at around 2 o'clock in the afternoon. We needed to get to Haneda from Hakuba early in the morning. We had to go to the bus terminal in Hakuba around 7:40 in the morning to buy tickets for the bus (tickets). You can only buy it on the spot on the same day. We calculated that for this trip, we had to take the earliest bus to Tokyo Station). We told the hotel about our needs. There were several hotel buses, but they just couldn't deliver them to us in advance. One trip (it only takes ten minutes from the hotel to the busstation), the four of us had four big suitcases, so we could only take two taxis separately. It took ten minutes and 5.0 kilometers, and cost about 180 RMB each. It was really inhumane. This I really feel like the hotel is forcing us to waste money. If we can understand the needs of the guests well and understand the bus departure time, we should adjust the hotel shuttle bus frequency. Obviously, we can pick up the guests according to the bus departure time. We insist on it. Taking a taxi by myself, with so-called sense of rigor and compliance with rules and order, but unable to serve customers in a humane way, I am really speechless. 3. If someone wants to accuse Japanese people of obeying the rules like this, then we also encountered a situation where we were waiting for the hotel shuttle bus at the bus station at 6 o'clock and did not arrive, so we had to delay it for half an hour.
