Ich war mit meiner Familie da . Sehr schöne Zimmer und alles mit Liebe eingerichtet. Und aller sehr freundlichen da . Und das schöne ist das wir noch eine Gaststätte gefunden habe die uns sehr freundlichen und sehr leckers essen gemacht haben. Wenn Sie noch was suchen zum Essen oder nur was zum trinken wollen . Empfehle ich das Le Bistro 38 . Sehr schön da !

Wir waren für eine ganze Woche dort, was eindeutig zu lange war. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich wohl. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gereinigt, was in deutlich teureren Hotels nicht mehr geboten wird. Das Frühstück war ok, aber nicht überragend, für 15 Euro gibt es besseres. Was extrem unterirdisch war, ist das WLAN. Beim skypen fiel es ständig aus, was nicht besonders gut ist wenn man wichtige Dinge klären muss. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohen Niveau. Alles in allem kann man das Hotel auf Grund der guten Lage empfehlen.

Wir waren ja nun schon sehr oft zu Gast im Hotel Abtshof und sind jedesmal aufs Neue begeistert von der Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit des gesamten Teams. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und einige auch schon mit komplettem "face-lifting"- einfach super. In den neuen Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen und konnten uns dann am reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet stärken. Das gesamte Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die schönen Bilder im Treppenhaus und zahlreiche kleine Details sorgen für eine sehr angenehme familiäre Atmosphäre. Wir freuen uns jedesmal aufs Neue, wenn wir auf Heimatbesuch sind und wieder im "zweiten Zuhause " einchecken können.

I stayed at this quaint hotel at the end of my month-long trip in Germany. I was made to feel welcome the moment I arrived. The room was simple and clean, I felt right at home. It is centrally located in old town and within walking distance to all, and about a 20-minute tram ride to the train station. Danny is kind and caring, having made breakfast one morning extra special for this American after a particularly rough day. I would highly recommend staying at Alster Hof.
