Do not stay here if you wish to get some sleep and forget a late check out for 1pm as they don’t accommodate that. They also don’t accommodate free upgrades when there’s availability unless you’re a Marriott member. I have stayed at multiple chains of hotels and NEVER had any of these issues.
The parkade is inconveniently located on a different street so if you’re not familiar with the area you have to drive around in a circle around the block to get to the parkade
There is construction on the street and the building right next to it.
They have this noisey cabinet in the hallway that’s called the stash cabinet that you can hear open and close by guests and house keepers
It overall was not worth the stay given the price. This hotel should have been priced around $100 a night not $300

Hotel appeared to be half under construction. (not renovations, actual construction). Noisy, dirty (construction dust, etc.), not well organized. Room was fine, but rest of hotel appeared to be not really ready for guests. Shouldn't be open until the hotel is actually built.

Reasonable price, clean comfy, and friendly. Good food, too, both at the Moxy and in the neighborhood. The only issue we had was that Uber drivers had trouble finding it/ getting to it because it’s new and it’s pretty much surrounded by construction. NOT the Moxy’s fault.
