"The host was very friendly and made us a nice breakfast with homemade granola, eggs, and an assortment of teas/coffee. The room was quiet and very clean. You have access to a small deck in the woods with a beautiful view of the lake and also a dock directly on the lake. The BnB was about 25 minutes from downtown Halifax. This was a great experience and I would return."

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The only downside was the morning noise on weekdays due to construction happening across the street, roughly 20 meters away. It didn’t ruin the stay, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs or check if the work is still ongoing. Would recommend for the location and service — just be mindful of the potential noise if you're planning a weekday visit."
