I called the credit card depar**ent of the bank and told me about this problem. The bank said that they were going to investigate, and it was not possible to transfer it. At this time, the hotel called again and said that they made a mistake and returned it in about ten days! ! The biggest question is why didn't you give me a receipt when you swiped my card? ?
