Due to a home renovation, we needed a place that accepts cats..not that many do as it turns out! We really appreciate that they allowed us to check in early. We were completely happy with our stay. The hot breakfast is excellent: everything you could possibly want even a cappuccino/latte/mochaccino machine. It has a small indoor pool and a small gym. Also, there is a lovely long trail at the back of the hotel. There's a nice front deck that overlooks the Bedford Basin. The rooms are modern and renovated, beds are comfortable. The location is great as it's a short drive to grocery stores and tons of restaurants along the Bedford Highway and in Bedford. The beautiful Hemlock Ravine Park is right next door. The only area for improvement is to get rid of the garbage/renovation debris at the back of the hotel and the parking lot. It's a shame that guests throw their beer cans under the steps at the rear and around the property to the back. Hire a student and get rid of it.

Pet friendly, which was exactly what we needed, parking all cleaned and salted even after a major snow storm. Staff very pleasant and within short driving distance of all amenities. Definitely recommend.

It was ok, the bed and shower were very clean, but the rug, couch, chair was not very clean and the smell of humidity was not fun.

Hotel is currently doing renovations. Room was updated and clean. Strange no closet or place to hang your clothes…it’s Comfort Inn not Park Place. Ok for the money.

This was our second visit here with two dogs-I hadn’t realized they have a great trail behind the hotel to take the dogs-the only issue is that they really need to take pride and clean up the entrance to the trail-it’s actually beautiful. Breakfast is great, but the local restaurants are just ok-you need to travel to find a good one. Staff was friendly and helpful.
