Highly recommended place to stay in Halls Gap. Particularly enjoyed the jetted bathtub especially during this cold weather.

Great location very close to shops, cafes etc, and very quiet. Good size units with plenty of room to move. The property has been let go, needs updating, theres so much potential.

I feel that it has great potential and at present it is tried and dated. A bright colour of paint would help.

Rooms are dated but ok although very poor WiFi and air con unit didn’t work. Site is poorly maintained with overflowing rubbish bins. However in a great location- well worth a visit to Hall’s gap but would recommend an alternative place to stay

Booked two nights, stayed one. Creepy crawlies on bed. Reception open 8am-8pm, so managed as best we could for the night. Checked room on arrival but did not pull bed covers to check for creepy crawlies. Still charged for one sleepless night. Such a pity as property is in great location - convenient walk to town centre.

Arrived later than a normal ride day at 3.30 pm. The site stated that rooms were available from 1.30 pm, so we thought, to our surprise that rooms would be ready. They were not, still being cleaned. I went to my room which was first available and the Cleaner was still inside. This was now close to 4 pm. Others in the group still waiting for rooms after 4. Reception and cleaner were giggling as if this not a concern from what was a thriving business mast visit over 12 months ago. Pitiful servi e, the grassed areas were barren, no life, unlike previous visit. No care it appears now. Then the room. Not an executive room as booked, but an apar**ent with a second room, which was messy, with stuff lying around. Lights did not work, flouro in bathroom flickering, door knobs missing, air con unit damaged, stains on bedding, the list goes on. Owner needs to be made aware of poor service by staff.. Very disappointing

A nice newer room with walk-in shower, king size bed and extremely comfy chairs! The chairs were so comfy we never got around to using the spa!
