"We arrived during check in time to find the office unattended and another traveller trying to contact them by phone. After a 15 minute wait someone came to the office. They checked us in but when we went to the room and opened the door there was a very surprised man in there who had also been given this room. Another phone call and wait time for staff to return and sort out another room. We finally got there but after a long drive and both wanting to use the bathroom we found there was no toilet paper in the room.. that took another 2 phone calls and about 15 minutes to sort out. I booked this accommodation because it has a swimming pool. I went to use the pool to find it was locked and after another call was told that they think the filter is broken. Nothing on their information said the pool was not available and it appears it has been that way for a while. We loved the location and I'd probably stay there again.. I'll just be prepared for the lack of quality service. We didn't let it spoil our stay.."

"Unexpectedly comfortable! The room is spacious, the kitchenware is complete, and the bedding is comfortable. It is so comfortable to enjoy the massage chair and bathtub after climbing the mountain! There are often dozens of ducks playing in the small pond outside the French window, kangaroos jumping on the lawn from morning to night, and flocks of parrots and beautiful birds."

"Very cute cabin, a separate house. We live on the 6th, the most inside. It seems that we were staying at the hotel that day. The kitchen is fully equipped but there is no dishwasher. The washing machine is more old-fashioned, but it is not automatic. I found it after more than an hour. . . There is no dryer, this is not good. There is a small swing at the door, and the children are very happy. A lot of windy parrots outside the door, flying around and screaming. There are also many kangaroos jumping around."

"Really loved my stay at NRMA Halls Gap!! It’s really clean! They even had heated beds, but one side is unplugged, without a plug nearby. There’s a car lot available right beside the villa. Makes unloading our stuff really easy and accessible."
