Nice hotel in an excellent location at the top of the Market square. Hallstatt is an expensive place to stay, and by Hallstatt standards the hotel was fair value. Our room 31 on the 3rd floor was clean and very pleasant with a balcony overlooking the the square and a view of the lake. The bathroom was modern (our only negative - needed a little redecoration). The hotel restaurant was excellent: a beautiful panelled room with a small balcony (book ahead). There was a wide choice of delicious-sounding dishes, which ranged beyond the Austrian standards, and the food was beautifully cooked and presented. Breakfast was not available in the hotel at the time we stayed, needed to be booked ahead and was taken in a neighbouring hotel a very short step away. Staff were absolutely lovely and could not have been more cheerful or helpful.

Wir haben dieses Hotel wegen der Namensgleichheit gewählt! Es lohnte sich die stressige Anreise total! Empfang war durch Frau Sandra äußerst herzhaft. Das Personal rundum freundlich und aufmerksam! Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, besonders die Fische aus dem Hallstättersee! Unser verlängertes Wochenende verging viel zu schnell. Es war alles ein Himmlischer Aufenthalt in einem himmlischen Ort!

Πολύ βρώμικο! 200ε την βραδιά και δεν είχε ούτε σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο, παρά μόνο 1 φακελάκι για δυο άτομα! ΕΝΑ φακελάκι με μια μικρή ποσότητα αφρόλουτρου μέσα, δεν έχει ούτε ψυγείο ούτε παντόφλες ! Πετσέτες μικροσκοπικές , μόνο θέα τιποτα άλλο, το πρωινό κάτω του μετρίου

Highly recommended! The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Rooms are clean and spacious. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was very enjoyable. Room was ready at noon time. Great place to stay in Hallstatt.

This hotel is centrally located in a picturesque square in Hallstatt. It is much more affordable than comparable hotels in the area and includes breakfast as an option. The breakfast is very good and one female server in particular, went above and beyond. She would being us a tea and coffee pot to the table for extra refills. She also checked us in to the hotel, did housekeeping, waited on us inside the hotel restaurant and painted the lovely tree art in our room. She made our stay there, extra special. The balcony view was charming as well. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Pasta and shrimps meal tasted of knor vegetable stock cubes, once sever had brought me some garlic paste it improved the taste. The steak was good but the potatoes were cold. The apple strudel was microwaved and really not good, we sent it back. Such a shame. On a positive the servers were very friendly and hard working. As a personal experience we were very disappointed. To be fair we were not charged for the strudel and the chef did come out to find out the problem.

バルコニーがある部屋は予約出来なかったが、ダブル2という部屋に宿泊。コンタクトレスチェックインで入口のテーブルに封筒を置いておいてくれる。掃除も行き届いており、快適に過ごせた。ボート乗り場から徒歩2分。ビューポイントへも5分くらい。併設するレストランでディナーにオススメの魚料理を頼んだら、美味しかった。食事の時に会ったスタッフはみんなフレンドリーで気持ちが良かった。

Es war einfach nur traumhaft. Einige Tage in eine andere Welt eintauchen. Seewirt Zauner hat dazu einen großen Beitrag geleistet. Das Hotel ist fantastisch, die Lage ein Traum, die Zimmer gemütlich, sauber, romantisch. Der Ausblick vom Hotelzimmer Balkon ist umwerfend und nicht zu überbieten. Das Hotel befindet sich am Marktplatz, einer der besten Lagen von Hallstatt. Das Frühstück mehr als reichlich und hervorragend. Möchte man am Abend das Hotel nicht mehr verlassen, so kann man im Hauseigenen Restaurant gut und bequem essen. Doch das Beste kommt bekanntlich zuletzt: DAS PERSONAL vom SEEWIRT ZAUNER. 3 Mädels, die uns den Aufenthalt mehr als versüsst haben. Daniela vom Frühstücks Service, ihre Kollegin mit ukrainischen Wurzeln und die blonde Dame an der Rezeption. Ich habe solch nette, zuvorkommende, aufmerksame, charmante und jeden Wunsch erfüllende Mitarbeiterinen noch in keinem Hotel erlebt. Die 3 Mädels sind einmalig. Dadurch wurde unser Hallstatt Tripp noch ausergewöhnlicher. Ein GROSSES DANKE an Euch. Besuchen Sie den Seewirt Zauner. Sie werden es nicht bereuen.

Superfreundliches Personal mit superfreundlichen Besitzern. Top-Frühstück. Sehr schöne Zimmer mit Balkon, ausreichend groß für 2. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt bei unserem leider nur kurzen Aufenthalt.
