This hotel was stunning, rooms, view, food and staff were 5 star. Trang was amazing and helped us with suggestions on where to go in the city and we were very pleased. They changed money for us multiple times with no hesitation. Helped us organise taxis, and were over all so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a huge variety of food. Shower was probably one of the best we have had in vietnam ...hot water great pressure amd spotless.

First it is a boat, staying at sea at night. First step is to the pier at 11:30, picture one yellow house, and then find a guide at the counter (picture 2). At 12 o'clock the guide will take you to a small boat (Figure 3), the boat will take you to the big boat (close, up to 5 minutes. Then check in on the boat, the room is small, there is a small balcony. The big boat will travel for 1 hour, lunch during this period. Then disembark to visit two attractions. Eat dinner and sleep in the middle of the sea for one night. Return to the pier the next day, including three meals. It’s okay to experience it, and it’s not interesting to eat. Excellent value for the money. The location is walking distance to some decent restaurants, Vincom mall, and Bai Tho Mountain. It is a 25-30 min taxi ride to Ha Long Bay. It is also a bit further off from some of the more touristy areas in the Bai Chay area, but there is no issue finding a taxi if you have an interest in wandering over to that area. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean enough. The only issue I had was the walls were a bit thin. I could clearly hear every step my upstairs neighbor took. However, I would choose to stay here again as it is very budget friendly while still providing a clean spot to rest.

The service is very good, and communication with the front desk staff is barrier-free, and they can basically speak Chinese (Ruan Shiyu's Chinese is very good, and those who don't speak English well can talk to her directly). The stay is very comfortable and the food is rich. The only drawback is that it is a bit noisy facing the street, but it is still five-star praise. Come again next time.

Despite the major hiccup (Signature Cruise was overbooked and they bumped us off to Athena Cruise)... Met new friends on board which was a blessing in disguise, adding to the whole experience. Happy to have ended our honeymoon on the cruise. Activities were just nice, though we hoped there would be a karaoke lounge and a room with a bathtub view of Halong Bay to top it all off.

we just got a nice trip to Ha Long bay . Overall, it was nice , we stayed in Draha hotel for one day, good amenity , beautiful and very friendly staffs . the hotel is in the busy city ,but we still felt peaceful . we joined some other activities, but they were ordinary , too many peole, few beaches , they took too much time , the price for food anh drink is quite high .we still love Draha and its service . thank you Draha , we will be back , but for relaxing, maybe !

We stayed in a 2BR apartment, which was cosy, but adequate for our family of four. Having 2 bathrooms was great, and the A/C was lovely and cool. The kitchen only had 4 glasses, 2 coffee cups, some tea/coffee, a kettle and a fridge, so not setup for any sort of self-catering. Rooftop pool was well utilised by our family during the limited opening hours (closed during the middle of the day). Gym was well equipped but warm with no A/C or fans. We didn’t use the indoor pool, although it looked nice. Restaurant was fine for breakfast - mix between set menu and buffet, depending on the day. The staff were excellent. In the restaurant, Rosie was always helpful and happily shared ideas for planning our days. The hotel reception staff - in particular Ms. Nga and Ms. Thu, helped plan several activities, including booking massages, taxis, Ha Long Bay tour and airport transfer on arrival, and transfer to Hanoi on our behalf. Overall we were very happy with our stay.
