The hotel is brand new and very clean. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The area is still under construction. This (at the moment) results in a less beautiful view/environment. But I am convinced that it will be beautiful within a year. The hotel location is quite far from the city center and shopping malls. A car or taxi is needed. Or you can get bicycles at the hotel. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Special note to Tracy, she has served us several times with very personalized service. Couldn't be better! The 3 restaurants in the hotel are highly recommended. We stayed 6 days in an apartment in this hotel.

I had a great time at this Hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. I went during the Labor Day holiday and it was a bit chaotic especially during check in, I was lucky enough to have the manager to help me check in, he was so nice and friendly he even noticed I was exhausted and hungry, promised to get me a room asap and voilà! The hotel apartment has just been opened so there are too many things to say. The room is beautiful, the view is beautiful, the toilet equipment is high-class BUT both the toilets I rented are blocked, the smell is terrible, making me very limited to the toilet. Booked here but no swimming pool is used. If you want to use the swimming pool, you have to pay an extra 700k / room / day. I booked on Saturday, Mon, on a peak day, so the check-in time is quite long, there is no room for the car, so I have to park it on the road, it is quite inconvenient to rain. This area is deserted, far from the center of Sun World, so nightlife is quite limited.

I have stayed at a hotel to experience 4-star service but I don't think it is suitable for 4-star word. The hotel corridor does not turn on the air conditioner is very hot and mysterious, the baby elevator is hot and mysterious. Luxury hotel from the lobby. The fresh flowers in the lobby are very impressive. Reception staff graciously and warmly welcome. Luxury high-class rooms, especially excellent sea view from the top of the peak, professional service. 10 points for quality. If I come back to Ha Long, I will definitely choose Marina as my favorite place to stay.
