It’s not as new as many AmericInn motels and the price reflected as much. That said the room was clean, the staff was friendly and it wasn’t noisy considering the property was close to a busy highway.

The staff here are fantastic. So friendl6 and helpful. The entire hotel is spotless and the rooms are very spacious. Every room has a pull out couch as well. There are two pools and a jacuzzi which my kids loved. They even have a little arcade. Literally the best hotel experience I've ever had.

My son lives in Forest Lake so this was a convenient place to stay and enjoy my son and grandchildren for the weekend. The only issue was all of the hockey families who allowed their children to run around the hotel without supervision while the parents talked in the lounge. The good news was that the families went to bed early so it was only during the day that there were issues. The staff did a good job in trying to corral troublemakers.
