Sy awalnya memesan tipe superior, tp krna ingin ada jendela sy oun byar lg upgrade ke kamar deluxe... tp kamar yg sy dpt tdk seauai ekspektasi, jndelanya kecil krna mgkn lokasi kamarnya di pojok, view nya kebun, pintu kamar mandi tdk bisa rapat, kulkas tdk ada, hair dryer tdk ada, pengaturan AC nya jg kurang bagus, kamar jd kerasanya kurang nyaman..
jujur pengalaman menginap kali ini tidak bgtu memuaskan, mgkn dg harga sgtu bisa cari hotel yg lebih worth it...

Hello too: Service and the staff were friendly and helpful! The breakfast buffet was good and varied, but not quite for European needs. Overall the hotel was good, a bit old and worn.

You could say it's CHEATING. Booked a studio room, in the photo there was a window in the room, but when I wanted to check in it turned out there was no window, so I had to pay more to move rooms. If there is no window, please provide a suitable photo.
