房間比其他酒店大，價格合理，鄰近地鐵站及大型商場，非常方便。櫃枱辦理手續迅速，大堂位置寬敞。
非常方便。但整體較舊，房間也是。環境不錯，早餐種類豐富，忘記拍照片了，房間設施一般。

今どき部屋の鍵がカードキーではなく、普通の鍵でした。立地は最高ですが、ホテルの外観・部屋の中も少々古びた感じでした。

比較老式的酒店，基本的設施和洗漱用品都是有的，卸粧護膚的日元裝可以自己在前台拿，還挺方便的，早餐也比較豐富，主食和水果都是有的。
空調比較一般，無法選擇温度，衹有幾個檔位，選擇關掉有點熱，選擇弱的模式有點冷。
馬桶比較老式，用起來還可以吧。
沒有洗衣房，稍微有點不方便。

靜岡浜松這個酒店屬於比較老的，房間很大，適合商務和家庭出遊，經濟實惠，就在浜松車站邊上，交通便利。這個價格來看早餐相當不錯了。
