Daiwa Roynet Hotel Hamamatsu
"Good hotel, must stay"
Okura Act City Hotel Hamamatsu
"Best hotel to stay In Hamamatsu"
EN Hotel Hamamatsu
"Staff were helpful in moving me to another room, because of the lack of aircon. But late in the evening I soon realised my bed headboard was connected to the lift shaft next door, due to the constant metallic scraping. Turning on the aircon full blast covered up the sound but I couldn’t get over the fact my sleeping head was quite near an imagined 100ft drop, being that I was on floor 9. Did I mention the Shinkansen’s blasting past like rocket ships below, a few times an hour. :-)"
Hotel Sorriso Hamamatsu
"Due to Qatar cancel my flight I can’t attend to this booking and they are not looking to this special reason due to the Iran war, I can’t give 1 nor 5 star to this booking, I choose is because they charge reasonal car park rate for my 3 days driving around nearby attractions."
Hotel Sui Hamamatsu by Abest
"The staff were friendly, there were plenty of places to eat right next door, it was clean, affordable, the breakfast was delicious, and parking was convenient. There was a special event at check-out. Thanks to that, my few days of travel were perfect. I even had a great view of Mt. Fuji. This place is a textbook example of hospitality. Even though it was late, they even prepared dinner for me. It was a warm triangle kimbap. Highly recommended."
Kajimachinoyu Spa Solani
"Really confirming, the pod you get is huge, has plenty of room to stand or do anything you need to, bed is nice, I would have stayed longer"
ANA Crowne Plaza Hamamatsu by IHG
"The room key was a normal key, not a card key like today. The location is great, but the hotel exterior and the room interior looked a bit old-fashioned."
Hotel Concorde Hamamatsu
"I was pleased to find a room away from the elevator, as I had hoped. It was also on the south side, so the location was excellent with a view of Hamamatsu Castle. (It's especially beautiful at night, when it's lit up.)"
Hamamatsu Marriott Hotel
"I had a comfortable stay. However, when I entered my room after checking in, I found the previous guest's suitcase still there at the entrance. I called and they came to pick it up, but they just quickly took the suitcase. It wasn't a very pleasant experience."

Hamanako Lakeside Plaza
"It was very clean and the service was good"
Hotel Listel Hamanako
"Calm and peaceful rest"
Hamanako Bentenjima Resort the Ocean
"The hotel is in a wonderful location. The only downside is the overpass outside the Tori Gate. Dinner was delicious and varied. Gyoza, eel, lots of fish. Breakfast was simpler. Lots of transit tourists from China. Bicycles are available for rent."
Hotel Harvest Hamanako
"Although it's an old building, it has been renovated, and the rooms are spacious and clean, so I was satisfied in that respect. However, as soon as I entered the room, I found hair on the sink, by the bedside, and inside the refrigerator. There was also dirt inside the refrigerator. My initial satisfaction with the room quickly vanished. And above all, the front desk service was terrible. There was an older man, a middle-aged man who looked like the manager. It started raining, so I went to the front desk to ask if I could borrow an umbrella, and he was the only one there. He was doing something with his head down, and he didn't even look up when I approached him. When I spoke to him, he just answered "yes" with his head down, and when I asked where the umbrellas were, he just pointed in the direction of the umbrellas with his head down and said "over there." I've never experienced such terrible front desk service before. Even though the price was reasonable, I've never encountered such a third-rate front desk. Therefore, I will never stay there again."
Grand Mercure Lake Hamana Resort & Spa
"⭐️ Great CP Value with a Fantastic Breakfast! I had a very pleasant stay here. If you're looking for an affordable place that doesn't skimp on quality, this hotel offers excellent value for money. What I Loved: The breakfast was amazing! Great variety, fresh, and way better than expected for this price range. It was the perfect way to start the day. The Room: The room was cozy and clean, but the lighting was a bit on the dim side. It’s perfect for winding down and sleeping, but a bit challenging if you need bright light to work or get ready. Overall, the pros definitely outweigh the minor con. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a highly cost-effective stay!"
Hoshino Resorts Kai Enshu
"Spacious room, good tea culture experience"
Hotel Route-Inn Hamamatsu Eki Higashi
"It’s all right. The building is a little “aged”."
Hotel Route-Inn Hamamatsu Nishi Inter
"Although it is artificial, there is a hot spring, which I used that day and the next morning. It was nice that the amenities were also installed. I still want to use it."
Kuretake-Inn Central Hamamatsu
"Good breakfast, great location. Hotel is friendly to cyclists :)"
Hotel Ascent Hamamatsu
"There was no information about amenities. The room was clean and the reception staff were helpful."
Hotel Route Inn Hamamatsu Dealer Dori
"My usual stays"
Toyoko Inn Hamamatsu Eki Kita Guchi
"It's not far from the station, which is quite convenient, but the facilities seem a bit old, and there was a strong smell when you walked in. Also, because it's a chain store, they were pushing their membership card, and the check-in process wasn't very welcoming. You had to check in yourself."
HOTEL MEIJIYA
"There is a large public bath"
Sun Royal Hotel Hamanako
"The staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was excellent."
Arashi no Yakata
"The hotel is an old one that has been renovated, but everything is cheaply made. The food was an all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet, but the taste was mediocre; cold Chinese food is bound to be unappetizing."
Hamanako Bentenjima Onsen Family Hotel Kaisyunro
"This historic hot spring hotel has now become a popular choice for Chinese tour groups, so it's rare to find solo travelers like myself. Located on Bentenjima Island, it's also the hot spring hotel featured in the travelogue "Yūyū Camping." It's suitable for those planning to visit Lake Hamana the next morning; otherwise, the price is better spent staying in Hamamatsu city. The facilities are quite old and don't show signs of renovation. The open-air bath is closed, and ironically, the indoor bath is rather small, probably due to water conservation measures, with about a third of it sealed off with cement. Breakfast is average. Besides a convenience store, there's practically nothing else on Bentenjima Island, so be prepared beforehand."
