The scenery is excellent, the staff's service is excellent, and the room is a bit old. Half of the room price is due to the sea view, and the subway station is less than 100 meters across the road, which is a bonus.

The ocean view from the room was amazing. The sunset is especially beautiful. It is thoroughly cleaned and you can spend your time comfortably. The hot springs were very comfortable and I felt like I was at a resort. We also recommend taking a bath in the morning and taking a walk along the beach in front of the hotel.

The dinner buffet was of good quality and had a lot of variety. I don't think there are many places that offer this level of buffet and stay at this price. Repeat is confirmed.

Huge room - 3 big beds, open door with balcony and view over lake. Small table and chairs. Very tired room with dirty carpet and step up to bathroom. Convenience store close by. Lovely views both sides of hotel.

Thank you very much for your help this time. We decided to stay here to enjoy Lake Hamana on a trip with two sisters. The price was reasonable, and the dinner and breakfast were both delicious and satisfying. Other reviewers said that the building itself was showing its age, but I felt that the cleaning was thorough. The staff were also very nice and made me feel welcome. I was able to spend a comfortable time. I would like to use it again.

Returning directly from Mie would be tiring, so we stayed at Lake Hamana on the way. Although I arrived a little late, I was kindly accepted. Overall, it feels a little worn out as it has been around for a while, but the rooms are fairly spacious and non-smoking, so there are no strange odors. Also, our room was on the 9th floor facing the ocean, so the view was amazing. The smoking room is on the second floor. The large hot spring bath on the 4th floor is also pleasant. The open-air bath for one person is a little strange, but is it actually clean in a sense? Breakfast is also a good buffet. It was 13,000 yen with breakfast included, and it was just 10,000 yen with points, so I was a little worried since I had booked it through Yahoo Travel, but I'm glad it was a nice room. Also, I'm not interested in it, but if you're a train lover, wouldn't it be great to be able to see the Shinkansen right next to you? By the way, rooms facing the sea don't hear any train noise at all. Thank you.

新幹線を見たくて「浜名湖側」をお願いしました。 部屋は1118室。夜中になっても飽きずにずっと眺めていました。 ロビーからの夕陽もキレイでしたが弁天島駅での夕景や 鰻も楽しみたいため、ロビーでゆっくりするのは諦めました笑 冬は浜名湖側でも朝日も眺められます。遠くに浜松アクトシティも見えます ◆残念だった点 ・ベランダに出てやっと新幹線を見られる感じですが、 　隣のベランダとの境目が無いので気まずい感じになります ・部屋にコンセント無く、ベッド横にひとつだけ。 　加湿器なども無いため家電を抜いて充電に充てることもできません。 ・窓が汚くて自分で少し拭きました。 　その引き窓をまたいでベランダに出るのですが、その引き窓の音が 　意外に大きくて深夜や早朝は憚られます。 ・最後までＷｉ-Ｆｉは繋がりませんでした ・駐車場の「ＩＮ」の文字が道路からは見えにくいです。 　ホテル下にある駐車場は狭くて取り回しが大変です。 　車で外出するたびにカラーコーンを置いてくれますが、 　そのスタッフは地面に叩きつけるように置くので迷惑です ◆その他 ・館内のエレベーターは２台並んでいますが1台しか呼べないタイプです ・蛇口はお湯と水の蛇口をそれぞれ回すタイプです ・オートロックでなく鍵を回して開けるドアです ・ホテルは全体的に古いです。 　唯一無二の立地なのでリニューアルすればもっと客が来ると思います…

家族で浜名湖を観に来てふらっと立ち寄りました。少し小腹が満たせれば…くらいの軽い気持ちで行ったのですが、ご飯もデザートもおいしかったです！ 器とかもオシャレで、楽しかった✨ 何とも、スタッフの方の対応が良かったです😌 軽食と食事の場所の違いを理解できていなかったのですが、何度も嫌な顔ひとつせず、丁寧にご説明いただいた上、ご案内までしていただきました。 （小さい子もいたのですが、OKしていただきました✨嬉しかった…！） 今度は、ゆっくり泊まりに来たいです！

部屋は広くて良かったのですが、全体的な照明が暗く、トイレの段差が足の痛い母には大変でした。 部屋のお風呂は使用しませんでしが、狭さが気になりました。 次に利用するならもう少しバリアフリーの部屋にしようと思います。 大浴場のシャワーが出しっぱなしに出来ないタイプだったので洗髪が大変でした。

絶好のロケーションです。バイキングの食事も美味しかったです。お部屋も広くて快適でした。とてもリラックスした時間を過ごすことができました。
