Hotel Gen Hamamatsu Inter

I ran out of toilet paper in my room during a consecutive stay and wanted to replace it with new toilet paper, but I was in trouble because I didn't have any new toilet paper. I would also like to have new toilet paper on hand.

It was said that there would be an electric kettle on each floor, but there was none. It seems that there were only about 3 of them available due to the location. I bought a plastic bottle from a vending machine, but when the weather gets colder, I want one for each room. Also, regarding the step when entering the toilet, I don't think there was any specific instructions when I made the reservation, but I thought it would be impossible if I were to bring my mother there. Are there any rooms that are wheelchair accessible?

エアコンのフィルターは綺麗だが、内部にカビがあり少し残念だったが立地や値段、サービス等は良かったと思います。 機会があれば又利用したいです。

浜松インターから近く宿泊料金が安いので利用しています。いつもは平日に利用していてなんの不便も感じませんでしたが今年の1月4日に急な泊りで利用したとき不便を感じました。普段なら使わないポットが家族宿泊が多くポットを早々にキープしたためポット不足。正月早々なので仕方ないと諦めましたがポット不足はわかっていたらチャックイン時に教えてほしかった。次から要注意。
