價格適中，位置便利，濱松站南口出來幾步路就是，標準的日式商務酒店，服務有禮，設施較新，酒店麻雀雖小五臟俱全，房間面積可以接受，有大浴場可以解乏，早餐免費而且口味相當在線，房間可以開窗透氣，禁煙房無異味，晚上6點到8點還有免費酒水一杯，棒極了。

房間安排在走廊的盡頭，房間非常小。説是禁煙房，結果是從樓梯到房間一路都聞到煙味。有事問前台，語氣温柔地拒絕你。其實是對中國人一點不友好。

シングル1泊で利用しました。宿泊した部屋は駅に面した部屋でしたが、防音性が高いのか新幹線や在来線の音は聞こえて来ず、朝までグッスリと眠ることが出来ました。他に良かったのは入浴剤や化粧水などアメニティが豊富であること、あとエアコンの温度調整が0.5度単位で可能であったことです。 浴場について、深夜から早朝までは利用できないので注意が必要です。浴場を利用してみて不便に感じたのが、脱衣所です。非常に狭くて、利用可能なロッカーの数も少ない。そのため非常に密でした。お湯の方はちょうど良い湯加減(ぬるめ)で、ゆっくりと浸かって疲れを癒すことが出来ました。 朝食は朝6:30からバイキング形式で、消毒や手袋もきちんと用意されていました。メニューが大変充実していて、良い朝ご飯になったなと思います。朝からお腹いっぱいになりました(^^)
