何回かご利用させていただいていますが、初めてうるさいと感じました。
上の階の方がドンドンと、夜、朝、関係なく飛び跳ねてる感じ（お子さんですかね？笑）大丈夫です。
あとは、お隣のお声が漏れてくるのが耳障りでした。
部屋によるのですかね？
ただ、清潔感があるので、これからも利用させていただきたいです。
