施設もロケーションもサービスもすべて満足です。和室に止まりましたが、マットレスもよく寝やすかったです。駐車場のスタッフさんもとても感じの良い方々でした。
朝食は味もよく鰻があったりと良かったですが、品数がもう少し欲しかった。

有楽街で飲んだ後に急遽宿泊することになりましたが、フロントスタッフの方に丁寧に対応いただき助かりました。新しいので全体的に清潔感があります。

浜松駅からも近くて施設全体もとても清潔感あり良かったです。ウェルカムドリンクでワンドリンクサービスもありがたい。
予約時に駐車場1,000円の表記気づかず、近隣止めた方が安かった(12時間700円のところがすぐ裏にあり)
