First of all, I had a very good impression of the people at the front desk. I felt that they were sincere in their choice of words. The location wasn't bad either. Since I was traveling by car, I don't know the distance to the station, but there were commercial facilities nearby so it was convenient for eating and shopping. The service where you can choose amenities was fun. The kids were happy with the welcome drink. We also took advantage of the breakfast buffet, and although the number of items was not large, it was satisfactory for the price. The staff's response was also very good. When I go to Hamamatsu again, this is the hotel I want to come back to.

I used it at Air Festa Hamamatsu. The response and explanations from the front desk were polite and good. It is well-cleaned and has all the amenities. The only disappointing thing was that the shower hook was shaky. It's not a problem if you're driving, but if you're walking, the distance from the station is a bit questionable, which is why I gave the location and facilities a 4, but I would definitely use it again if I had the chance.

The rooms are small and the double bed is normal size! It was very clean. The breakfast was poor and we had an inconvenience late at night because the fire alarm went off 3 times during the night! And no one from reception even went to the floor to see what was happening, I thought it was neglectful!!!

However, to be honest, I felt inconvenient about the placement of the TV, the mirror, and the lack of electrical outlets, except for the first room I stayed in. The room that was not a unit type was the first room I used, so the other room was almost a unit. The toilet seat was dirty and felt uncomfortable. I like smoking rooms, but it was strange that there was no ventilation fan. Also, the parking lot can't be parked every time and it's inconvenient. What about less parking than rooms? I think every time. I don't understand the meaning because I parked in a parking lot near the hotel and also charged a parking fee. I want you to improve.

It was my first time using the site, but the room was completely different from the photo on the reservation. The bed moved easily, and even with all the lights turned on, it felt dark. The bath is small, and the curtain of the bathtub sticks to my feet, so I shower on the curtain before washing. When it dried, it stuck to my feet again and again, so it wasn't very pleasant. If the photo was the room I stayed at, I would not have made a reservation
