We stayed during Golden Week. There were a lot of families. There was a long line at check-in, a long line for only three elevators, and a 20-minute wait for breakfast. It was the first time I'd ever had to wait in such a long line at a hotel. Dinner was a buffet, but there was no seating arrangement, and we were free to sit wherever we wanted. Since we were a large group, we had no choice but to spread out, so I wish the hotel had some control over seating. There was a wide variety of food, so we enjoyed it. In the lounge, we could drink alcohol and soft drinks freely, and the building was well-cleaned, so we had a comfortable stay. The staff were also very helpful. I'd like to stay again during the off-season.

Although the tatami room was booked with a sea view, it was basically invisible because it was on a lower floor. The hotel is large, with a large parking lot, the hot spring is not big and average, and the breakfast is rich and varied

This was my first time staying at this hotel.
The rooms, large public bath, and floors were all very clean and well-maintained, and the service was great.
The only thing I was concerned about was that the quality of the amenities in the room (shampoo, conditioner) was a little poor.
The other dishes were also delicious.
I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I always stay here, but the hotel name has changed and this was my first stay since the renovation. The lounge is now on the first floor and is free to use (until the evening), and the breakfast buffet has a wide variety, so I was very satisfied.
