ゴールデンウィークに利用
ファミリー層が多かったです
チェックインで長蛇の列、エレベーターは３基のみで長蛇の列、朝食も２０分待ち。こんなに並ぶホテルは始めてでした。
夕食はバイキングでしたが席の案内はなく自由に好きなところに座っていいシステムでした。人数が多い我が家は分散するしかなく、ホテル側である程度の座席のコントロールはしてほしいなと思いました。お料理の種類は充実していたので楽しむことができました。
ラウンジではお酒やソフトドリンクを自由にいただくことができ、館内どこも掃除が行き届いており気持ち良く過ごすことができました。
スタッフの皆さんの対応も良かったです。
閑散期であればまた利用したいです。

榻榻米房雖説預訂了海景房，但是因為樓層較低，基本看不到。酒店規模較大，有大型停車場，温泉不大也很一般，早餐豐富品種繁多

初めて利用させてもらいました。
お部屋、大浴場、フロアー隅々まで手が行き届いておりとても綺麗でサービス良かったです。
気になった箇所は、お部屋のアメニティー(シャンプー、コンディショナー)の質が若干悪かったかなと思いました。
他料理等美味しく頂けました。
機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

いつも利用してますが、ホテル名が変わり、改装後初めての宿泊でした。ラウンジが一階になり無料で利用（夕方まで）、朝食バイキングは種類豊富、満足です。
