A great experience, a room with a great view, a panoramic view of Lake Hamana, and the Ferris wheel and cable car nearby. As soon as you get to the check-in floor, you will be filled with the aroma of tatami. If you can't go to the hot spring public pool, you can also book a semi-open-air family bath, which is a top-notch experience. The hotel service staff are very considerate and considerate. The dining experience is also very good. The private room has an exclusive space. The meals are all seafood and seasonal dishes from Diyuan. They are so delicious and delicious that they will fill you up... I will stay here again if I have the chance!

First time at Hamamatsu, most enjoyable little quiet town, has a very small nearby beach area. Ryokan was nice, rooms a bit old but the nightly dinner was the best we ever had in Japan Ryokans for past 10 years! Only minus is the beddings a bit old and Hamamatsu is a very small town.

Our 3 nights spent at this ryokan was comfortable even though the property is a but dated. The staff were most helpful and attentive. Kuwaba san helped me to locate my bag that i had left behind at the car rental agency. When he overheard that it was our wedding anniversary, he took the initiative to take a photo and present us with a nice momento. The food was excellent - always fresh, delicious, nicely presented and the portions ample. Overall it was a memorable stay!

It was the first hot spring accommodation trip after the corona epidemic. Beautiful scenery, delicious food, pleasant hot springs, all of them were a luxurious time. There were few other customers at the time, and the large public bath was almost reserved. I also used a private bath, but I was surprised in a good way that the dressing room was spacious for a private bath. The view was nice too. (Because you can see the ropeway, etc., women may feel a little uneasy about using it.) Temples and shrines are nearby, and you can walk from the inn. Both are on a small hill, so it was a good exercise for me who lacked exercise. Thank you for the wonderful time.

The view from the room is amazing, with Lake Hamana right in front of you. The Kannon statue at Tateyama-dera Temple also looks beautiful. I wish the bath time in the large communal bath was a little longer.
