真係一間不錯的酒店，步行只要1公里左右就到到哈密站，哈密雖然係一個小小嘅城市，主要景點又不多，但我覺得來哈密主要就係食哈密瓜🍈呢個動作真係好有型。

住了一個星期了天天給前台説房間不要敲門了中午人在休息每天中午都在敲門，下午七點半左右想換床單被罩告訴我保潔下班了換不了，前台態度特別差，請問你們是****嗎？昨天晚上回來還給前台又説了一遍別敲門了今天還是跟沒聽見一樣，給前台打電話人家説昨天晚上班上的事情她咋知道，那是你們的事情呀，真的很氣

服務態度非常差 設施老舊 一進去那個花灑就是壞的甚至擰的呢個水龍頭我們沒有動都掉下來了 讓保安大姐上來看了 結果也沒有跟我們説解決方法 自顧自説著話 意思是水龍頭是被擰來擰去被擰壞的 那又不是我們擰壞的 自己酒店設施不知道檢查好嗎 下來換房卡 態度也賊差 第二次換的房間連衞生間的衞生紙都是濕的 體驗感賊差！
