"Don't let the name deceive you; this hotel, despite being named after a local place, completely exceeded my expectations. I initially thought it would be old-fashioned, but it was fully equipped with smart home technology. The Hami melon at breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety. The food overall was excellent, and the hot pot was also very good. In the evenings, there was an outdoor food stall area with performances. Plus, there were Hami melons for sale right downstairs!"
Hami Yizhou Huakai International Hotel
"Starting at 9 AM, I waited 25 minutes for the boiled eggs for breakfast, but they never arrived. I asked three staff members, who all replied that they would check on them, and then nothing happened. Several disposable items in the room were chargeable, such as disposable towels – a consumer trap. There was hair on the floor between the bathtub and the sink. The gym is on the basement level, and it closes around 9 PM and reopens at 9:30 AM, limiting workout time. There's also a wellness center on the same basement level, which is quite lively. Overall, it's all show and no substance; next time I'll choose a hotel with better management standards, like Atour."

"The room was clean and tidy, and quite spacious. The breakfast had a great variety, and since it's Dragon Boat Festival today, they even had zongzi! Parking was convenient too. Definitely a must-visit for the museum and Hami melon when you're in Hami."

When we checked out, we received a custom souvenir from the hotel, and the staff even proactively asked if we needed a late checkout. The service was attentive without being intrusive. "The road outside the door is under construction, and the boss didn't mention it even though I called him several times. We have to park the car far away on the other side of the road and then walk over. We should have told the guests in advance. There are more than a dozen of us, and it would be very inconvenient for the elderly. The old lady came out alone to pull the suitcases, and no one was embarrassed to use her!"

What's even more ridiculous is that around 1:30 AM, someone else opened our room with a room key. When we called the front desk to ask what happened, they said they gave us the wrong key. I don't know how they handle shift changes. It was truly terrible, absolutely terrible."

"After driving from Dunhuang to Wubao Town, I received a call from the hotel informing me that the core area of the scenic area was closed due to heavy rain, and the experience would be reduced. I could either check out or stay in, but if I did, I would need to report it to the scenic area for clearance. How could I give up when I was so close to the scenic area gate? The next morning, the water receded and the core area was open, allowing me to enter the core area as planned. Although the water had not yet completely receded, I still saw reflections in the water in many places. I was very satisfied. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The design was thoughtful and comfortable, the facilities were new, and the service, hygiene, and food were all excellent."
