The key price is only 10 yuan, which is really affordable! The waitress is very enthusiastic and polite! Thumbs up for Hami Hotel! Affordable price, attentive and enthusiastic service! Super value! I selected welcome fruit upon check-in, but it wasn't provided. I arrived at the breakfast restaurant at 10:20 AM, 10 minutes before closing time, and many items were already sold out. Overall, quite disappointing."

"This is the only hotel on Dahaidao. The rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is excellent. For a hotel like this in the Gobi Desert, it's quite good. We booked two rooms, and one had a problem with the shower. When the boys showered, the bathroom floor was flooded. We called the front desk, and someone came to check it out. They couldn't find the cause, but simply wiped the water away with a floor towel. The second person showered, learning from their mistakes, and quickly fixed the problem. The bathroom was still flooded. Furthermore, there was no floor drain, so we had to wipe it away with a towel. The service was questionable, and the facilities were poorly maintained. The restaurant is a bit overpriced, but the food was okay."

"Due to time constraints, I booked a room there with a 'let's see' attitude. Upon arrival and seeing the room, I found it had no windows. After discussing this with the front desk, they enthusiastically helped me upgrade to a room with a window (though it was only a small half-window, perhaps because of the lower room rate – a bit disappointing, but what can you do when you're on a budget?). During check-in, the front desk informed me that dinner was complimentary (this was a pleasant surprise! At dinner time, I saw many guests happily enjoying their meal. Although the variety was limited, the Dapanji, fruit, and congee were really delicious, thumbs up 👍). Overall, I personally feel the hotel's cleanliness is good, the service is excellent, the environment I'd rate 4 points and needs improvement, but the price is very affordable (oh, I forgot to mention the hotel also provided complimentary welcome fruit). Thumbs up to this hotel in Hami, well done 🤝"

The bedding is comfortable; a good night's sleep will rejuvenate you. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip!"
