The service is very enthusiastic, whether it is the front desk or the room attendant. Before checking in, I took the initiative to contact and add WeChat to send travel information.
The family room is very large, with a living room and a bedroom, which is more convenient for bringing children.
The room facilities are quite new, and the room layout is very childlike.
The breakfast is more local, with watermelon and cantaloupe. I am not used to it, but the children say it is quite delicious.
You can wash five pieces of clothing for free, which is also very convenient.
Disadvantages:
The water temperature in the bathtub is very cold, about 30 degrees, and there is no hotter water. I asked the waiter and he said that the water temperature in the bathtub is like this and cannot be adjusted to be hotter.
There are condoms in the drawer that were turned out by the children. This is a parent-child family room, which is too speechless. The staff said that this is a unified requirement of the Hami hotel industry, but we did not do this in other hotels.

The environment is superb: the hotel is newly opened in 2024 and the facilities are brand new. The lobby has a pleasant fragrance and feels relaxed as soon as you enter. The room is warmly furnished.
Service intimate: From the front desk check-in to room service, the staff are warm and professional. Check-in is fast and actively recommends surrounding food. After check-in, there is a problem to call, the response is super timely, really thoughtful.
