MM519303****This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel is very new, with the lobby on the 1st floor and private rooms on the 2nd. The TV in the room is quite large. The shower has great water pressure, and the hot water is instant – no waiting around. The mattress and pillows were especially comfortable and relaxing; I honestly wish I could take them home with me! Plus, the hotel's gym area is quite unique. I'd definitely recommend staying here. MMaliujiaxiaohuI often travel and don't know what hotel to book. I blindly choose Vienna International. No matter where the Vienna International is, it is as good as ever. The hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient to go to the high-speed rail station or the airport. The front desk staff was patient and meticulous, and the room was clean and tidy.

The room was clean and tidy, the lighting was very good, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, check-in is fast and efficient, and there is a need to respond in time. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, the decoration is simple and textured, and the sanitary details are in place. The supporting facilities are complete, the price is super high, and the living is safe and comfortable. I will choose this one next time I come here, I highly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserGood place, you can walk there from the HSR train station in abt 10-15 minutes. The building itself isn't that impressive but the hotel floors are nice and my suite was extremely spacious and nice. It had the best shower in all of China, amazing water pressure. There's a shop right next door selling water etc and on the main street there are many restaurants selling bbq or noodles.

GGuest UserThe hotel room in itself was fine. However, since I lost my European power plug to American-style flat-prong plug adapter in the train, I asked if they would have an adapter for. They said yes, wait a moment. After 40 minutes or so I went sightseeing in the town. Back in the hotel I asked again for the adapter, they said wait 10 minutes, nothing happened. I went for food and back at the hotel I asked again, they said sorry, initially gave me a wrong adapter, then finally a good one, that at first instance shortcut the power outlets. Then it took almost 30 minutes to fix this. It just all took too long! Also, the room has automatic curtains, and I really disliked it that the moment I entered the room, the curtains automatically opened. It didn't remember my prefered settings, quite annoying.

The rooms are clean, the surrounding environment is nice, and the hotel has free private parking, which is very convenient. GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good, less than 10 minutes' drive from the train station, and there is a very delicious Yiloulan Xinjiang restaurant upstairs in the hotel building, which I ate at for two days in a row. The overall decoration of the hotel is very new. It just opened in 2024, but there is no peculiar smell. The mattresses, pillows and bedding are all made of environmentally friendly materials and are very comfortable.

Facilities: The room is not big enough, but the air conditioner cannot be turned on together with the exhaust of the toilet, otherwise the room is not cool at all. We tossed around in the room for a long time before we found out the reason. The advantage is that the air conditioner in the room will not stop when you unplug the card. It is so comfortable to come back from crossing the sea road and enter the room~ Another thing is that there is no cold water in the shower~ What water pipe is broken? I took a shower with a small stream of water~
The overall hygiene is quite clean~ Pet-friendly🐈⬛

It is a chain of Orange Hotels, trustworthy, clean, well-equipped, and the breakfast was clean and delicious. The service attitude of the staff was also very good. The room type I needed was out of stock, so they changed it for me. When I needed to heat up my food in the microwave, they also heated it up for me. The front desk phone was called several times at 10 o'clock using the room phone and mobile phone, but no one answered. I called several times at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, but no one answered. I don't know what's going on. I hope it can be improved.
