Hami Hotels with Gym

The room was spotless, and the bathroom was incredibly clean, with a disposable toilet seat cover provided. They even brought complimentary milk and fruit! The service was exceptionally warm and welcoming. I had booked without breakfast online, but the front desk kindly offered a free breakfast during check-in. The breakfast itself was delicious and offered a great variety. It felt like I was getting four-star hotel amenities and service for the price of a business hotel. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

During the summer vacation, I took my children to Xinjiang by car. I passed by Hami and set this whole season because I was too satisfied. My friends in the same group are also very satisfied with this whole season. The room is large, I have lived in the largest all-season, and there is no corner room. There are parking lots on the ground and underground.

Decent Atour hotel, amenities are excellent, the room was clean and having stayed at numerous Atour hotels this one was good. The laundry room is useful for travelers and I didn’t need to wait to use the facilities. The local restaurant on the first floor (outside the hotel) is excellent. Just follow the music and you’ll find it. Car parking is OK, we parked at the back but if does get busy because of the restaurant. Can they improve? Yes, of course, the check in receptionist looked as though she’d never seen a foreigner before and was cold and abrupt. I thought she was rude. Come on Atour, train your people properly. Breakfast was good, although the staff should have replenished all the items towards the end of service - there was virtually no fruit left. The differences between Atour hotels are largely around individual employees, here the reception/check in was below my expectation. No water or tea offered either. Says it all really.

Generally speaking, there are no major problems, but there are constant minor problems. Facilities: The room is not big enough, but the air conditioner cannot be turned on together with the exhaust of the toilet, otherwise the room is not cool at all. We tossed around in the room for a long time before we found out the reason. The advantage is that the air conditioner in the room will not stop when you unplug the card. It is so comfortable to come back from crossing the sea road and enter the room~ Another thing is that there is no cold water in the shower~ What water pipe is broken? I took a shower with a small stream of water~ The overall hygiene is quite clean~ Pet-friendly🐈⬛

Just next to the train station. The room is large, and the most important thing is the service. The front desk will answer all your questions. The hotel provides laundry service. There is no clothes dryer. You can leave it in the room to dry. The waitress is very enthusiastic and has a good attitude, which is worthy of praise. Check the room from time to time and make it very clean.

The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to the business district, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is also good, the front desk lady 01 is super enthusiastic, I will choose this next time.

The hotel is located in the center of the county, and it is very convenient to go out to the pedestrian street. The service is OK, not comparable to the big city, but it is OK in the county. The underground parking lot is large and very convenient. But I don't know if it is because of the new decoration, the room facilities are either a problem here or there. When I first arrived, the air conditioning in the room was very small. I couldn't see it from the engineering department. I changed the room for us. The air conditioning was good, but the TV and network could not be used. Think about it. I took the wifi next door and I will deal with it. Overall it's OK, but the price is not very high to be honest.

The hotel room in itself was fine. However, since I lost my European power plug to American-style flat-prong plug adapter in the train, I asked if they would have an adapter for. They said yes, wait a moment. After 40 minutes or so I went sightseeing in the town. Back in the hotel I asked again for the adapter, they said wait 10 minutes, nothing happened. I went for food and back at the hotel I asked again, they said sorry, initially gave me a wrong adapter, then finally a good one, that at first instance shortcut the power outlets. Then it took almost 30 minutes to fix this. It just all took too long! Also, the room has automatic curtains, and I really disliked it that the moment I entered the room, the curtains automatically opened. It didn't remember my prefered settings, quite annoying.

The hotel has complete facilities, heating has been turned on, and the rooms with underfloor heating are very warm. The rooms are clean, the surrounding environment is nice, and the hotel has free private parking, which is very convenient. The hotel supervisor provided excellent service, promptly resolved our issues, and upgraded our room free of charge.

At 9:30, there was nothing to eat for breakfast. The people who contracted the restaurant were too stingy. It was set by a chain hotel. I didn't expect it to be too general and the room was small, but fortunately it was clean. The price of the same should really go to another chain hotel. The occupancy rate is quite high, I feel that they are all business travelers, all smokers, the corridors in the house are all smelly, and it took a long time to open the window in the house to ventilate it before dissipating it.
