The breakfast is not delicious. Don’t order breakfast. There are ants and bugs in the room. My friends who are traveling with me have been bitten. Be careful. The room layout is okay and the cleaning is fairly clean. The guy at the front desk is quite handsome. , the service attitude is also very good

We attended an awards evening for a national championship event at the distinction hotel conference rooms. The service was appalling. There was no one overseeing the event. We ran out of water at our table after everyone filled their glasses and returned the jug ourselves for a refill but it never came. The buffet table ran out of food, particularly the meats and there was a long wait for it to be replenished. There was no one clearing away plates or empty bottles from the tables. The organisers of the function had to do it themselves until the hotel manager could finally be found. Then the dessert table ran out of food half way through as well. I would certainly never book a function here after this experience! Terrible service and very embarrassing for the hosts.

The only good thing was ample free parking. The hotel was old, and the AC was leaking inside the room. Not worth for money

Family room perfect for our family of 5 - so great to find a room that actually fits 3 kids in their own beds (and in their own room!) Comfy beds, very spacious room. 2 sinks in bathroom saves a lot of fighting and shower pressure was good. Bathroom could do with an update as tiles/grout getting a bit grubby and spa bath was broken. Staff were all super friendly and helpful - special mention to the restaurant staff who were fantastic and went out of their way to help us - best breakfast buffet ever! Parking was easy and very close to room. Highly recommend for families.
