"Our room was a bit on the small side with only one small space for a case that could be opened up for more storage, it did have two big windows tho that looked out over the gardens. Our hosts were welcoming and pleasant and the house is very nice. You have breakfast with the hosts and any other guests in the morning that we were not aware off, it’s served on the table in covered glass dishes that you help your self too, it was ok. We met and fed the Alpacas that come running over when you rattle the food container that was quite nice they have the softest lips and are very careful eating from your hand. The Garden is quite nice I had binoculars in my case and some of the birds there were lovely. The plants and shrubs on the drive way to the house could do with cutting back as our hire car’s sensors were constantly on when driving up. Would benefit from private breakfast room."

"For the price this is a very comfortable motel. We came here for 2 nights as a base for the River Ride. We wanted somewhere cheap and cheerful with room to store our two e-bikes. We found it! The rooms are clean, tidy, spacious and have been painted and re-carpeted. Being on a main road I expected noise but there wasn’t any with the rooms being quiet and dark at night. There is also aircon. The beds are hard, which we like. Overall I thought this was great value for money and we will come again."

First of all, we originally needed 2-3 to checkin, but due to the flight, we arrived at 12 o'clock, but asked le to check in early, the store is very friendly, let us check in early to rest. Secondly, this price is relatively OK in Hamilton, the facilities are very new, very clean and tidy, mainly hot springs can be bubbled to relieve fatigue, for high balls and long-distance tourists are really friendly. Anyway, as a second time to Hamilton tourists really recommend"

"The studio apartment with one bedroom was very spacious, and the furniture was in excellent condition. The bed was super comfortable and large. Everything was very clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly. A couple of minor inconveniences: the reception is in the hotel across the street, and you have to check in there. The second issue was that there were some flying insects that looked like small cockroaches, and we don't know where they came from because everything was very clean."

"I stayed here for three nights and was quite satisfied with all the room facilities, except for the poor sound insulation. I could clearly hear the sound of car engines outside when I was sleeping in the middle of the night. Maybe it was because of the engines of the cars themselves, but it still caused my poor sleep quality. If you are someone who is sensitive to sound and want to stay here, you may want to consider it. In addition, on the afternoon of the second day of my stay, because there was a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my room door, the housekeeping staff should not have come in to clean. However, I don't know if one of the housekeeping staff didn't see the sign or for some other reason, but she swiped the card to open the door after knocking on the door three times (I didn't answer the door when she knocked because I was in the bathroom and couldn't respond). At first I thought it was the working habit of people here in New Zealand, but the more I thought about it, the weirder it got. So the next day I happened to meet another housekeeping staff and confirmed with her. She said that if there is a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the guest's door, they will not open the door to enter, but will only take photos for record. The housekeeping staff was also surprised that this happened, and apologized to me on behalf of the housekeeping staff who opened my door, and said that they would report this matter to their manager again, so apart from these two things, I was quite satisfied with this stay."
