Amazing
CChisongfengKKUpgraded the room, one bedroom and one living room, very quiet and comfortable, air-conditioned and bathtub. Sleep well! The grandfather at the front desk is also very enthusiastic and efficient! I will go to Wellington in the future!
GGuest UserHotel/Motel that goes the extra mile. Lots of extras.
We stayed in a King Spa Room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. High quality linen.
Real coffee and a coffee press in the room. Reclining chairs to watch TV. Quiet at night. Located outside of the main downtown area, but a short drive by car. Friendly hosts. Would definitely recommend this motel.
AAnonymous UserA converted private country villa with an elegant environment. On the highway side, the entrance is small and difficult to find, and it is a bit noisy. The room decoration is relatively simple.
GGuest UserBreakfast is not delicious, do not have breakfast, there are ants and bugs in the room, friends in the same group have been bitten, must pay attention, the room layout is OK, the cleaning is also clean, the front desk brother is very handsome, the service attitude is also very good
GGuest UserI stayed here for three nights and was quite satisfied with all the room facilities, except for the poor sound insulation. I could clearly hear the sound of car engines outside when I was sleeping in the middle of the night. Maybe it was because of the engines of the cars themselves, but it still caused my poor sleep quality. If you are someone who is sensitive to sound and want to stay here, you may want to consider it.
In addition, on the afternoon of the second day of my stay, because there was a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on my room door, the housekeeping staff should not have come in to clean. However, I don't know if one of the housekeeping staff didn't see the sign or for some other reason, but she swiped the card to open the door after knocking on the door three times (I didn't answer the door when she knocked because I was in the bathroom and couldn't respond). At first I thought it was the working habit of people here in New Zealand, but the more I thought about it, the weirder it got. So the next day I happened to meet another housekeeping staff and confirmed with her. She said that if there is a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the guest's door, they will not open the door to enter, but will only take photos for record. The housekeeping staff was also surprised that this happened, and apologized to me on behalf of the housekeeping staff who opened my door, and said that they would report this matter to their manager again, so apart from these two things, I was quite satisfied with this stay.
