GGuest UserThe accommodation was modern, immaculately clean, and provided a high level of comfort. The cleaning staff excelled, delivering service that surpassed expectations. Overall, the experience was positive. However, it would have been beneficial to be informed in advance that the check-in office is located offsite, requiring approximately a 4 minute drive from the main premises. This information would have streamlined the arrival process.

GGuest UserBreakfast is not delicious, do not have breakfast, there are ants and bugs in the room, friends in the same group have been bitten, must pay attention, the room layout is OK, the cleaning is also clean, the front desk brother is very handsome, the service attitude is also very good

GGuest UserHygate Motel offers a quiet and clean environment that made for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities conveniently provided. The bed was especially comfortable, and the location was close to shops and cafes. There was also ample parking space, which made everything more convenient. Overall, a highly satisfying experience for the price.

JJavier Rodriguez MaldonadoInitially, we were given room 101, but it was too noisy due to the external air conditioning units facing an inner courtyard of the building. Eventually, Chris moved us to room 412. Even though it was next to the laundry room, it wasn't nearly as loud, and we were finally able to get some rest. The room is very spacious, and the beds are large and comfortable. The shower pressure was fantastic. We had a pleasant stay. Thanks, Chris!

GGuest UserWhen l arrived at the Motel l found out that when l was doing the booking l should have taken note that there is no reception on site.When l rang the purported site the call was not a friendly one.I took an uber to collect the keys .And soon as l opened the door to my room which was room 9 l was discombobulated.It appeared no house keeping had been done prior to my moving in.The bins were all full of rubbish.The bedding had not been changed .Two McDonald’s empty drinks by the sink area.Two cups and a spoon in the sink see photos.I was then moved to room 7 which appeared to be clean but that inconvenience made me enraged😡

GGuest UserWe were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, tidy, and really well presented. The bathroom was really big, and the shower was awesome. We were a bit worried about traffic noise as it's on a busy road and next to a BP station, but once the windows were closed, it was so quiet. You honestly couldn't hear anything. You do have to go to another motel to book inn, which isn't a problem, but it should be mentioned when you make your booking. Will definitely stay here again.

Ffemaleeeeestayed here because its essentially the only backpackers in hamilton.. The place really lacks privacy - there's no separation curtains on the beds in the room so feels very open, no separated bathroom- all in the same room, but at least the toilets have gendered signs on the doors.. would prefer more separation since the men's and women's are all next to eachother. Owner and/or cleaners would come into the rooms without knocking. My bed had the AC directly above it and it was kept on all night, quite drafty. Had a decent kitchen and community area, and good location though.

GGuest UserMy stay at Alcamo Motel was overall pleasant. The staff were friendly and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The location is convenient, close to the city center of Hamilton, with plenty of parking available. However, the facilities felt a bit outdated, which was slightly disappointing. With some renovations, this place could definitely attract even more guests. Overall, a decent stay for the price.
