Great location, arrived Tuesday afternoon for Graduation Ceremony at Waikato University, had dinner 5 doors down, perfect for our plans, great room, clean, comfortable, we booked the family suite, road noise wasn't a major problem, hotel car park was convenient, overall, good value for money.

Clean and not too dated inside the room Very noisy bed to even sit on Woken up at 7am with two continuous beeps/alarms, one louder than the other, the louder one stopped but quieter one continued A banging happening at either the end of the hall or below us, really loud and would be the same amount of bangs each time! Parking is VERY limited behind the hotel - very disappointed I had been told free parking which is why I booked it, then turned up to find no spaces and having to pay for on street parking all night

The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants a plenty just across the street in easy walking distance. The room was good, bed was comfortable and great for a short business trip. I was disappointed with the breakfast, the hot food looked like it had been out for some time, the selection of cereals was limited and the cold meats and cheese were average.

The double bed is two small for 2 adults. And it’s too noisy…housekeeping staff keeps talking and knocking the doors in the early morning…

Room was not up-to the ramada standards. Motels feels much better. I felt a bit suffocated room. Real old building. I would never prefer this hotel ever again. That’s all i can say. Its not what we see in pictures.

Nice Location, but Hotel was very old and i need of a Renovation! bed was comfortable good for 1-2 nights!

Good location. Small room and dated facilities. Bathroom is very small.

I didn't really like the bed, I had a sore back, was no plates or knife to used.

Convenient check-in! The hotel is in a great location! There is an exclusive free parking lot! It can be used as one of the options for resting during the journey! The surrounding dining and leisure facilities are complete! Especially the Chinese food options are rich and varied!

The location is very good in the city center, surrounded by businesses, many Chinese restaurants and shops. There is a square that happens to be hosting the Chinese cultural Lantern Festival. The hotel has a parking lot, which is quite popular. The public parking spaces at the door are free on weekends and holidays.

The room and bed are relatively small. But the location is very good, right in the CBD in the city center and the price is very favorable. Great value for money. The hotel has free and paid parking spaces. $15 a day, much better than the Ramanda underground garage in Queenstown. We will put the guest's name on the parking space in advance to help reserve a parking space. The disadvantage is that the corridor feels very stuffy!

Close to the children's school, convenient transportation, clean room, good service, high cost performance.
