L'hôtel est agréable. La chambre confortable, la literie parfaite alors que j'ai des problèmes de dos. Le buffet est bon, certes répétitif mais franchement moi ça ne m'a pas dérangé. La piscine est top, profonde (pour les grandes personnes vous serez ravies). Le personnel a toujours été très aimable, serviable, souriant. Il y a de l'animation du matin au soir.
J'ai eu peur après la réservation quand j'ai lu les avis mais franchement les gens abusent. Ils veulent ne rien payer et s'attendre à des prestations de luxe.
Alors certes, un petit coup de fraicheur pourrait faire du bien, niveau moquette mais franchement c'est pas derangeant.
Juste svp, sécurisez nettoyez et réparez la zone de jeux enfants. Des mégots par terre, herbe non entretenue, jeux cassés et dangereux. Je pense que ça devrait être une urgence.
Sinon RAS, je recommande.

Hotellet var fullt och de som jobbade där brydde sig inte så mycket om kunderna. Va här förra året då var det så mycket bättre denna gången är vi väldigt besvikna. Frukosten var så dålig att vi skippade den. Rummet hade ingen shampo, osv inga artiklar som ingick.
