Hotels Near Plage Bouficha in Hammamet

Hasdrubal Thalassa & Spa Yasmine Hammamet indeed is one of the best hotels in Hammamet. We were greeted with lovely flowers and refreshing lemonade on arrival. The staff here is literally the best! Our suite was huge, me and my friend had separate bedrooms with a private balcony and even private bathrooms and toilets and we shared a gorgeous living room with another terrace with a lovely view to the Mediterannean. The food here was delicious, we loved the iftar experience at one of their restaurants. But the best part was the SPA experience. We had the best massages and procedures here. We took their signature procedure and it was totally worth it! Can't recommend it enough!

Disappointing for this price and for a 4 stars hotel. Room was barely acceptable, clearly not cleaned below the beds, no glasses, no towels, soap and shampoo containers almost if not empty upon arrival and were not filled at all during our stay. Towels were a nightmare to get: sometimes just enough, sometimes missing one, sometimes missing two. Getting an iron was a battle and forget about laundry service. Requests were not always met with a nice answer, they painted a room next to ours taking no precautions, getting the smell far into ours. Lunch was excruciatingly expensive for the area, forget about it. Included breakfast and dinner were OK. Location was very nice, although the surroundings are a bit dead..

This Hotel is definitely not 5 star its a 3 star at best. When you first pull up outside you think wow, when you walk in to Reception with the floor to ceiling windows and fancy lounge area you think your in a 5 star Hotel. The Reception staff were friendly and helpful. BUT when I got to my room ,to say I was disappointed was an understatement. The bed had a sheet on top, with a runner at the bottom of the bed. You could see clearly the bed was all crumbled up because of the mattress protector ,it wasn't fitted on the bed properly. The spare bed in the room, (which all my friends had, we all had our own rooms) had a throw on it, the pleats were all crumbled up ,not ironed properly it looked awful. I had a nice sea view, but was spoilt by the dirty floor, the balcony had all pealing paint, tacky cheap plastic table and chairs, above me had all streaks of orange and in the crease of the wall a line of spider pods. I did not sit out on that balcony once. The room and bathroom was so old fashioned, really needs bringing up to date, as it looks like a very old ship. My shower curtain had a loop missing, so a flap was dangling down, it fell down on me 3 times when I pulled the shower curtain across in the bath. (No nice walk in shower here,it's a bath with a shower). The curtain pole was a cheap plastic one that had suction pads either end, but didn't do its job properly. The metal plug in the bath got stuck in somehow, so when I had a shower the water didn't run away, so I had to go to Reception desk as they never answer the phone. In the sink there is a metal plug but it isn't one of those pop up ones you press ,it's just placed in the sink and you lift it up for the water to run away. On arrival I ran my finger over the metal toilet holder flap and took a photo of it, as it left a clean line the rest was filthy and so was my finger. I couldn't believe the state of the floor behind the loo, and around the base of the toilet, their workmanship was really poor. Stained lampshades by the bed, and the chair in the room covered in stains. There was a chair put out in the hallway, covered in stains. The whole hotel needed a paint job, looks so run down. The food was good for lunch and dinner, not for breakfast, one of my friends had a boiled egg one morning and when she cut the top off it was green. Made us all feel sick. All the Hotels I've been to the person doing the omelette's did them to your requirements, but this Hotel cooked the omelette's in advance they were all piled up on one plate, plain and burnt. I had to heat my soup and food a few times in the microwave, which did not have a microwave plate in ,just an ordinary one. We we're not told the Al-a-Cart was on a Tuesday when we arrived for our 8 day holiday on Monday September 30th, we thought we could book any day, (as you got one day Al-a-cart, included in our package). BON HOTEL MAIS CRAFAR QUI SE PROMENAIT AU COULOIR ET CLIMATISATION INEXISTANTE Hôtel en générale très bien mais il faut perfectionner les détails. Inadmissible voir un crafar qui courrait sur le long du couloir et avec une température chaude se faire dire qu'on a le chauffage. On est sorti de l'hôtel pour aller ailleurs. La nuit on a dormi avec la porte du balcon ouverte pour la chaleure

We stayed for 1 week on an all inclusive basis. We arrived Late evening and were not expecting anything to eat but were able to get a lovely pizza from the outside restaurant. The man on reception told us so much info that we really couldn’t take it in as we were tired from the journey. A 30 minute massage in the spa was included in our stay. Our room was big, bed very comfortable. Plenty of storage and hangers. Safe in room. Towelling robes provided. All the staff were lovely; always smiling. Everyone acknowledged us from the gardeners to the cleaners, waiters, bar staff…. The Gardenia restaurant is a La carte with waiter service, must be pre booked. We found the buffet a bit disappointing, it was much the same every day. We didnt have children with us but commented that there was no ice cream available! The beach is lovely, soft sand, plenty of sun beds. Pool looked good but we used the beach/sea. There is no shop in the hotel which we found odd. I would recommend this hotel out of season but think it would be very busy in the height of summer.

Where do I start? What an absolutely gorgeous hotel with everything you need and more for a relaxing holiday! My mum and I have just returned from a week at Aziza and we cannot wait to return next year for longer! All of the staff were so kind and attentive from start to finish. They go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and happy at all times. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were very spacious and always kept clean, as was the rest of the hotel. We were so impressed with the food every day! There was a wide variety of really delicious food which meant you could have something completely different to eat each day. For lunch we enjoyed the barbecue next to the pool area looking over the beach with a gorgeous view! The two a la carte restaurants (international and Tunisian) were just fabulous. Both offer a five course set menu which were included in the all inclusive package! My mum and I paid for a spa package once we’d arrived and I couldn’t recommend it enough. We had 6 30-minute massages for the price of 5. The women in the spa were professional and friendly and the spa itself was a real oasis. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible. There were always beds available where we stayed relaxing for much of the holiday. There’s a beach bar serving soft drinks and coffees from 10am-5pm. The hotel also provided a variety of great evening entertainment. Thank you Aziza Thalasso Golf for our favourite holiday to date! We can’t wait to return next year.

What a fantastic ,holiday we have had ,the entertainment ,is fantastic ,the activities they have are great ,I feel more fit joining in they have something on a few times a day , ,Food is lovey ,beach is nice ,a la carte food was amazing last night , you get 1 visit per week , the restaurant food and snack bar the food is nice , you need to visit this hotel , I will be back

The resort hotel has a good overall vacation experience with good food, accommodation and entertainment. It is very close to the beach. The hotel has water park facilities and three swimming pools. There are sometimes performances in the evening. The food is good and the price/performance ratio is acceptable.
