The Assistant General Manager was beyond rude to us and was not helpful at all when we arrived- yet was smiling and greeting other families throughout our stay. Breakfast was an absolute atrocity that was FAR too expensive for what it was. The service was horrible- the gal went to every other table and took orders and brought drinks over- but completely ignored us and acted like it was in inconvenience went we asked for 2 high chairs for our small kids. The rooms are outdated and while generally seemed clean, didn’t seem that the cleaning staff actually cared all that much. We will absolutely never be staying here again. If I could give this place a 0 I would. So incredibly disappointed in this Hilton experience.

Good location. Lobby and rooms look updated but the hallways and elevator areas could use updating. Not sure our bathroom had been thoroughly cleaned.

Our stay at the Hampton area Hilton Garden Inn was very nice. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!
