I wish I could say my stay was good but it wasn’t. Your staff at the front desk is phenomenal. Your housekeeping needs work. My bed was dirty, hadn’t been changed by the looks of the spread. Not at all what I expect from a Hilton property. I’m also quite irritated that the internet was on and off (new system going in)and wasn’t told of this prior to checking in. Connectivity is imperative. Also the fees that are not disclosed until you’re at the front counter. A “parking recapture fee”???? I checked in through the app so never saw this “sign” but then was charged for it. I had to call and ask the front desk what it was after I checked out. That’s quite a shyster way of conducting business. Again I would expect much more from a Hilton property.
