This is definitely a no-frills place, but it was very clean, well maintained, and the desk staff was very kind - even calling to confirm the reservation before arriving and calling the room withing the hour to make sure everything was ok. Again, no-frills - hot coffee and some muffins or granola bars in the morning. Furniture is certainly older, might find a light burned out, but again, clean, maintained and quiet.

Been living here for over a year now on and off. The hotel staff are awesome! The housekeepers do such a great job cleaning my room. It always smells fresh and clean. The front desk staff are so nice and always greet the guest by name. You can tell everyone here genuinely cares about the upkeep of the hotel. Pretty quiet most nights unless there’s something going on at the coliseum, but even then it’s still not too bad. Overall a really nice place to stay. Customer service alone is the reason why I will always come back here. Top notch!

My family & I are in between situations right now and Extended Stay has become our home away from home. The front desk staff are so friendly and treats us with the upmost respect and care. The housekeepers make sure my room stays clean and any maintenance issues I’ve had, they resolved immediately. Bianca has truly been a blessing to us all. She goes above and beyond for ALL guests. And keeps she keeps that contagious smile. This team is awesome. I definitely recommend this hotel for family friends. It’s clean and safe and great environment
