The Hallway floors and walls could use a good cleaning or upgrade. The hallways also smelled of smoke. But the room was extremely clean.

the room was nice and clean an the hotel itself was good.front desk nice an polite. the first night somebody knocked on my door at 6 in the morning… asking for a cigarette, a lighter an a blunt, that made me feel uneasy. an then ever since that happened it was just weird vibe after that like the man was watching us.

I had a wonderful visit while staying at your hotel. The rooms are very neat & clean. Very nice staff with affordable rates. The location is close to stores & shopping. I recommend this hotel to anyone 😊 I enjoyed my stay and I will come back again. Thanks for your hospitality & awesome service

We reserved this hotel for two nights because we needed earlier than 3 PM check-in. Our reservation was canceled even though we notified the staff that we would not be arriving until the second day. The staff was rude and condescending. The entire facility smelled of smoke - including our non-smoking room - especially the sofa. There were burn marks on the bathroom sink. The back door was propped open so staff/guests could go outside and smoke. The hallway carpets were filthy. We had roaches in our room. The bathmat was dirty. We had to ask for towels and tissues. The smoke alarm was sitting on top of a cabinet - not on the ceiling. The TV remote only worked when it was within about 2 feet from the TV not from the bed or the sofa. Breakfast consisted of granola bars, watered down apple juice, and weak coffee from an airpot-like dispenser sitting on a shelf in the small lobby.

This Super 8 Motel is roach infested and is in violation of several violation codes. The management is definitely unwelcoming and unprofessional. They are not ADA Accommodating. I tried to speak to the staff about the ADA violation and the obvious safety issue. I was ignored until they realized that I was going to write this up. Then it was boring but excuses.
