Being in a 5 star hotel, except high prices. But for Zitas Hotel restaurant, it was exaggerated price. A menu consists of 2 pages only. Soup is TL 40. Main course dishes range from 180-200 TL. The quantity of food is very less and not properly cooked. Very fast service. The waiters started taking the plates while we were eating and removing chairs to give a chance for others to sit. We complained to our guide and he conveyed our message to the manager. For that, they gave us complementary rice pudding and tea as Ikram. Amazing ambiance, nice hotel surroundings especially the bungalows with fog.

Gece inanılmaz soğuktu ve kaloriferler kendini bile ısıtmıyordu. Çarşaflar ve yorganlar için lekeliydi demek gerçekten az kalır, resmen pisti. Yemeklerde tuhaf bir koku vardı ve gerçekten çok kalitesizdi. Tek güzel yanı doğanın içinde olmasıydı.

Bungalov tarzı otellerde kaldık ama otel demeye bin şahit lazım 1500 rakımlı yer olduğu halde hiç bir önlem alınmamış kapıdan pencereden içeriye rüzgar giriyor ne yalıtım var nede ısıtması bir gece kaldık ama sabaha kadar titremekten uyuyamadık ve sonuçta hastalandık tercih edilmemesi gereken bir otel 😡

Telefonla oteli aradığımızda sabah açık büfe kahvaltı olduğunu, geceleriyse kalorifer yandığını gece soğuk olduğunu söylediler. Geldiğimizde odada sıcak suyun gelmesi için 20 dakika suyu akıtarak beklememiz gerektiğini öğrendik. 20 dk sonrası su sadece ılıdı. Tam duş alamadık. Kahvaltı sadece bim veya A101 Ürünleri ve serpme kahvaltı şeklinde. Odalarda kalorifer yanmıyor sadece ufo ki başağrısı yapıyor. Odalar çok eski tavan alçak klostrofobik. Doğası güzel otel berbat.

Berbat hic tavsıye etmem. Gecen hafta aılecek gıdelım dedık gıttık bu sogukta odayı ufoyla ısıtmaya calıstık ne sıcak suyu var nede odadakı petekler acık deıl. Tatıl koyu dıye gıttık sabaha kadr ısınamadık cocukta bızde hasta olduk hala da hastayız. Boyle berbat bı yer gormedım. Hıc tavsıye etmem.

Karadenizin ilk bungalow tatil köylerinden olduğunu göz önünde bulundurarak sadece fiyatı uygun diye tercih etmiştik . sonuçta köydü ve yattığımız yerin sadece temiz olması bizim için yeterliydi yorumlardan çok soğuk olduğunu bildiğimizden tedarikli gitmiştik. iyi ki de öyle yapmışız. gece gerçekten inanılmaz soğuktu ama sabah kalktığımızdaki o muhteşem manzara, saf beyazlık dağların sessizliği ve öğlene doğru açan güneş herşeye değerdi... herşeyi bırakmak istedim o an geçim derdi olmadan orda yaşlanmak. saaatlerce yürümek yorulunca termosumdan çayımı içmek biraz fotoğraf çekmek, kitap okumak... umarım yine yolumuz düşer

The place is very nice but the food is terrible. The menu is presented in two pages and each dish is 1x1 inch and no descriptions. The food was not fresh and not cooked well. Service is so bad and it is the worst I’ve seen in Turkey. We ordered chicken and it was burnt from outside but insides not done. The meat korma dish was terrible and chewy with lots of fat.
