"Very bad. We arrived at the hotel late on July 21st, just after 8:30 PM. Our tour guide, Adem Seyrekbasan, didn't pay us any attention. He unnecessarily frightened people on the grounds of a bear, making unnecessary, absurd comments. While tour guide Adem Bey was a significant part of the hotel, the hotel itself is not a good hotel, with dirty, smelly, and cramped rooms. The breakfast was appallingly bad, and I went hungry. I told him the bread was stale, but he didn't care. A normal breakfast at home would be much better. The natural beauty is magnificent, and the hotel location is nice, but the rooms are awful. There was an attached toilet next to the bathroom; how can you shower without feeling disgusted? Neither Adem Bey nor the hotel staff were helpful in any way. They said there was water in the room, but there wasn't. They assigned our room at the very back. The hotel staff were unfriendly, and we didn't understand anything from the service. The breakfast was very limited and unsatisfactory. I had a little cheese, but I left hungry. The dinner was appallingly bad. I only got the split-belly rice, but there was no tray. The variety was very limited and not prepared with care. How can you have dinner in the summer heat with baked beans etc.? You order take-away a few times, and there is an exorbitant queue. The food was also prepared carelessly. You say the bread is stale, the receptionist remains silent and just stares at you sternly. They are not polite. The tour guide obviously takes customers here just to take them. Everyone is for their own pleasure and no one cares about customer problems. We were not satisfied at all. We do not recommend it to anyone. In fact, I do not think you should try Jolly Tours. It was a waste of money. There were many other dissatisfied people. If this is their understanding of service, I have nothing to say. I worked in tourism in hotels for 6 years. Actually, the hotel's location is very nice, but the service is zero."
