酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，健身房很不錯，自助洗衣也很方便，對於常年在外出差的我來説很方便，停車免費，住的很滿意，房間的採光很好，很大的飄窗，乾淨敞亮，設施很新，浴巾毛巾都很乾凈，尤其喜歡服務員介紹的説是裸棉的床品，睡的很舒服 點了外賣幫忙送到房間。

服務人員態度挺好，早餐可口，洗衣服務很方便。
地點很好，對面就是叢台公園。為了看到公園的景色訂了對着中華大街和公園的房間，8層，但是窗户很臟且衹能打開一點，欣賞風景就是不可能的。窗户隔音不夠好，依然能夠聽到車流和喇叭聲，敏感的不建議訂公園方向。另外空調很響，帶着耳塞才能入睡。希望能夠改善。
對於一個人單獨兩三天使用，房間設施外觀和質量不錯，但是不適用於兩人和更長。第一，房間沒有封閉式櫥櫃，沒有保險櫃，所有東西要麼留在箱子裏，要麼開放擺放。第二廁所是玻璃間，沒有私隱性，即便拉上位於淋浴間的簾子也能看到，而且廁所裏沒有看到通風，喜好衹是我一個人住。
整個酒店試圖體現出文化風情，但是忽略了早餐廳。那裡依然是招待所大廳風格，在地下。沒有一絲文化風格的裝飾，沒有一絲温馨氛圍，很遺憾。玻璃桌面好收拾卻有叮呤哐啷的噪音，還不斷地在播新聞無論客人想不想/聽，早餐雖可口，衹是飽腹沒有給客人營造放鬆享用早餐的氛圍。
前台在入住時挺客氣，離店時衹有一句“可以了”。這次回國兩地住了兩個酒店都是一樣，前台不懂得與離店客人告別，或許是國內酒店通病？對離店的客人説一句，‘’謝謝您的光臨，祝您旅途愉快‘’ 就那麼難嗎？給人一種，人未走茶已涼的感覺，在客人看來就是酒店不在乎住客的感受也不在乎回頭客。
最後酒店的通風似乎有問題，可能不是每個房間獨立的，我訂的無煙房間，依然有時聞到煙味。對於討厭煙味的客人來説很煩。

酒店的服務很親切，也非常有文化底非常適合領孩子過來，一進門白色的石頭服務員講解説邯鄲石還有來源，來邯鄲遊玩看見這個評論才好過來的，沒有選錯👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻非常的有邯鄲文化，前台旁邊的休息區小姐姐也非常的貼心天氣熱還有涼的酸梅湯，下次來邯鄲遊玩還會選擇這家。

很好的酒店，前台小姐姐服務也超級棒👍🏻，辦理入住很快，走廊也很寬，房間很大，衞生乾淨，採光也很好，還有免費的停車場。酒店對面就是叢台公園，交通便利。非常推薦這家酒店，下次還會選擇這家🫶🏻
