"This was my second stay, and overall everything was great, especially the smart system which I found very convenient. However, the hairdryer needs to be replaced as it wasn't working well. There are also a few minor design issues: the automatic bathroom light stayed on too long at night, the duvet was a bit too thick, and there wasn't a proper place to store luggage. Because of these points, I tried staying at Novotel afterward, but I regretted that even more. More than anything else, cleanliness is what matters most to me, so I'll still choose Congtai Grand Hotel for my next visit."

"Congtai Park is the back garden of the Handan Hotel! The back entrance of Zhaodu Liyan is in the Handan Hotel courtyard! The environment is wonderful! The road in front of the hotel is beautifully illuminated! The sycamore trees along the roadside make you feel like you've been transported to Nanjing! The night view is absolutely stunning! This small town is clean, quiet, and rich in history! But why doesn't such a large and beautifully decorated hotel have a laundry room? The management and staff's philosophy needs to be more in line with a four-star hotel!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to Handan Road Pedestrian Street, and not far from Congtai Park and Xuebu Bridge. It has its own courtyard, which makes parking very convenient. The environment is also great, quiet and serene. The breakfast is abundant with many choices, and the lobby is particularly spacious. I really have a good impression of Handan. The prices didn't go up too much during the Chinese New Year, which is quite fair. Haha, it seems Yan and Zhao have always been generous people!"

"The hotel is in a very good location, next to Congtai Park and very close to Handan Road; The hotel is in a garden-style with green trees and a very good environment. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the brand-new cotton fabrics are very comfortable. The breakfast is unimaginably good, with a wide variety of options, including local specialties, baked pastries, four kinds of soups, porridges, not to mention the hot dishes, which are much better than those in five-star hotels in second- and third-tier cities. The service is very good. You can tell at a glance that the staff have received professional training. They receive things with both hands and use polite language. As a hotel industry practitioner, I also feel that such service is rare nowadays. The waiters' uniforms are very distinctive. The ladies' horse-faced skirts are both beautiful and reflect traditional historical culture. It can be seen that a lot of care was put into them. There are also areas that need improvement. The noise from singing and dancing in the square outside is too loud at night. They were still singing at 10 o'clock. After reporting this to the hotel, there have been improvements. While noise is not an issue within the hotel, it can affect the experience of hotel guests. It is also necessary to communicate with the Urban Management Department and other departments to resolve the issue."

"The room was fine, no complaints about that. However, they give us very little toilet paper, and we always have to ask for more. There's no one who speaks English at the reception desk at any time. As with many other hotels in China, the reservation ticket scrambles our long and confusing western names in ways that are undecipherable to most Chinese, and that always creates some tension at the check-in, because the name in the booking form doesn't match EXACTLY the name on the passport. This is a recurrent problem in China, and it happens everywhere, creating delays and embarrassment. The hotel location is fine, as it is just two blocks away from a large shopping mall, the "Miller City". It's overall a good experience, and I'd certainly stay there again."

Check-in and check-out were both very quick, and they even offered to help us with our luggage. The breakfast was quite plentiful; I highly recommend the wontons—they were delicious."

It tastes especially good. When I left, I asked the front desk for two packets. I haven't eaten White Rabbit candy for a long time. The service of the room lady is very good. She is really like a sister. When she heard that I haven't eaten White Rabbit for a long time, she deliberately brought me two more pieces. It's so thoughtful. Thumbs up. I like the environment and people here. I got up late in the morning and found that the breakfast in the restaurant was very rich. There were freshly cooked thin noodles. The kelp meat stew is my favorite. I like it. The fried dough sticks are fried to the right temperature. I recommend everyone to taste it. Their parking is very convenient. There is an independent courtyard. When I checked out, the front desk also helped me pull my luggage to the car and brought me a bottle of mineral water. This trip, the all-season really touched me. I will definitely come again. I strongly recommend everyone to experience it. It's really great👍🏻"

"This is my second time staying at Xi'an. It's just a short stroll from Handan East. The front desk was very welcoming and recommended nearby restaurants. After check-out, they even reminded me of any items I'd left in the room and gave me some snacks. The mattress was very comfortable, and my son and husband are both tall and strong, so the family room was perfect. The breakfast was excellent, and the room also provided books and makeup remover wipes, which was very thoughtful. I had a great Children's Day holiday here."

We even encountered several couples holding their wedding banquets at this hotel! We were happy to share in their joy! The only downside was that the hotel's location was a bit far from the city center."
