We had a magical stay here in this serene and beautiful place. The hotel is beautifully designed with an impressive play area, swimming pools, restaurants and it is perfectly located for exploring the stunning mountain range of East Taihang. All of the staff were very friendly, especially the cleaning, gardening, catering and play area staff. The room was exceptional with a view of a waterfall, little garden and very clean and comfortable. The gym was in the hallway with just a few bikes and treadmills so not exactly equipped for weightlifting but the mountains provide a decent workout. It would be nice for reception to have more information about local spots or events. I think there was mention of a night market but we weren’t sure exactly where and how to get there. We did successfully use Didi to get to a few amazing scenic spots around here though. It is such a special place and we hope to return some day. Thank you for a beautiful time and happy memories.

The hotel is across the road from Handan High-speed Railway Station and can be seen as soon as you exit the high-speed railway station. When the lights came on at night, the view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows was stunning. The hotel facilities are clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable. The hotel had a good location and the rooms were fairly spacious, but the cleanliness was so-so, the facilities were old, and the bathroom door lock was stuck and couldn't be opened. I was trapped inside. I had to call maintenance in the middle of the night, but they couldn't open it either. Finally, the maintenance personnel removed the entire lock to get me out. It took over half an hour of this. It was incredibly frustrating.
