GGuest UserThis hotel is spacious, and there was no feeling of crampedness at all after checking in, making it ideal for travelers who require a larger room. The cleanliness was also excellent, with everything from the bedding to the bathroom kept spotless. The service was a major plus; the staff were friendly and proactive, responding quickly to any needs from check-in to during the stay.

RRedDragonKungFuWe had a magical stay here in this serene and beautiful place. The hotel is beautifully designed with an impressive play area, swimming pools, restaurants and it is perfectly located for exploring the stunning mountain range of East Taihang. All of the staff were very friendly, especially the cleaning, gardening, catering and play area staff. The room was exceptional with a view of a waterfall, little garden and very clean and comfortable. The gym was in the hallway with just a few bikes and treadmills so not exactly equipped for weightlifting but the mountains provide a decent workout. It would be nice for reception to have more information about local spots or events. I think there was mention of a night market but we weren’t sure exactly where and how to get there. We did successfully use Didi to get to a few amazing scenic spots around here though. It is such a special place and we hope to return some day. Thank you for a beautiful time and happy memories.

GGuest UserI often live in his house in this hotel and I am very satisfied every time. The room was cleaned very clean, the facilities were smart, the bed was moderately soft and hard, and I slept very well. The front desk was very good and responded promptly if there was a problem. It is convenient to eat and go shopping around. It is close to the local Meile City and Tianhong Square. It is quiet at night. The price is OK. I will come to live in his house next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location, just near Congtai Park. It takes only 3 minutes to reach the park entrance after passing a traffic light from the hotel. The transportation is convenient and there is a parking lot. The hotel facilities are very good, the room is large and clean, the room is very soundproof and quiet, the park scenery is outside the window, there are poems and other paintings on both sides of the aisle, which are very elegant, the front desk service is enthusiastic, and the staff will take the initiative to say hello. I will choose to stay next time.

The hotel is across the road from Handan High-speed Railway Station and can be seen as soon as you exit the high-speed railway station. You can find transportation to Handan attractions at the high-speed rail station. Very convenient for playing. Our room was on the 9th floor. When the lights came on at night, the view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows was stunning. The hotel facilities are clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable. The hotel staff are warm, thoughtful, meticulous and patient. In addition, although the hotel's breakfast is not very diverse, it is of great quality and tastes very good👍

GGuest User1. The hotel's location is pretty good, right next to the East Station, and they offer free shuttle service to and from the station.
2. The front desk service was excellent; they were warm and friendly and even helped us upgrade our room type.
3. The room was spacious with a great view outside the window, and the cleanliness was excellent.
4. A slight downside was the room service. When I checked in, I noticed they forgot to put slippers in the room. My first call to room service went unanswered. After calling a second time and finally getting through, the response was incredibly slow; it took about half an hour for them to deliver the slippers. Later, I called several times for other matters, and those calls also went unanswered.
