GGuest UserThis hotel deserves the highest praise. Having stayed in so many hotels in China, my experience at Yun Hotel is the most profound. Besides its high-end facilities, its biggest highlight is its service. The staff provides meticulous care for guests in every aspect, from check-in to elevator access, room arrangements, and restaurant arrangements. The service greatly enhances the hotel's value; when traveling, the greatest enjoyment of staying in a hotel is undoubtedly the service.

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from Handan Road and Congtai Park. There's ample parking available. The public areas are elegantly designed, and the rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, equipped with comprehensive smart facilities. The service is warm and welcoming. The lobby offers complimentary drinks, and guests receive a welcome fruit platter and a small gift daily. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied. The Chinese breakfast includes all of Handan's local specialty snacks, and there's also a wide selection of Western breakfast options. The variety is extensive, and the food tastes great. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Handan.

RRoquetThis hotel is very new, very clean, and very modern. It is definitely a premium grade hotel. I will not call it ”international” grade because (1) my Australian Mastercard debit card could not be used, (2) not much English is spoken and (3) there is no bar as we know it. None of that matters because (1) staff are adept at using the language translation tools (2) we can use the foreign card to withdraw Chinese cash at most ATM's around the city, and (3) there is a modern mall directly across the road with a supermarket selling everything including a good range of beer, wine, and spirits. Breakfast includes agreeable international selections along with a tempting range of Chinese fare. A FREE late supper is served every evening from 9.30pm which we found quite adequate as our evening meal. The dining room for breakfast and supper is on the 20th floor with spectular city views. Our room on the 17th floor enjoys the same views. Easy-to-use automatic laundry facilities are also provided FREE on the 20th floor. Robots were effectively used to deliver small items to our room. Value for the price is incredible. I was hestitant to give top rating... the word might get out... the price might go up... the quality might go down. But for now, it is what it is... diabolically excellent.

GGuest User“The hotel provided an excellent experience from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and transportation. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh food, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers and would gladly stay here again.

GGuest UserI wanted to choose a Dujie Family Hotel not far from Shijiazhuang. After looking around, I chose Dongtaihang Dawn Hotel, which is more than two hours’ drive from Shijiazhuang. It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived at the hotel. The environment of the hotel built in the scenic spot is really good. We came here during the National Day. There were very few people in the hotel and we were relatively quiet. There were only two of us in the children's pool. It is worth mentioning that The temperature of the children's heated swimming pool is very high, more than 30 degrees, and my old mother really likes it! In addition, the hotel is only a five-minute walk from the entrance of the East Taihang Scenic Area, and more than ten minutes' drive from the Jingniang Lake Scenic Area. The scenic area has been developed for many years and is very mature. In addition to staying in the hotel, it is well worth a visit with the children.
Service: Compared with the well-trained service staff of five-star hotels, this hotel has more local enthusiasm. Before check-in, a housekeeper Xie Yingying was added. She prepared the room in advance very thoughtfully and put the items according to our requirements. The whole hotel During the check-in process, they kept asking me about my requirements, which was very considerate. All in all, this is a resort hotel worth visiting again. I look forward to seeing you again next year! ☺️

GGuest UserIt's average. It looks good in the photos online, but the room is decorated. You have to queue up for breakfast in the lobby on the first floor. The room door is not soundproof, so I didn't get a good rest. I'd better stay at Seasons in the future.

GGuest UserWe stayed here with our kids during the New Year's holiday. The location is excellent, right in the city center, very close to the museum and Melody City – all within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally helpful. When we checked out, my family member left their wallet in the room, and the housekeeper, Jiao Yang, found it while cleaning. The front desk staff, Weina, contacted me and helped mail the wallet back to me. Thank you both so much! 🙏🏻
