The service greatly enhances the hotel's value; when traveling, the greatest enjoyment of staying in a hotel is undoubtedly the service.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from Handan Road and Congtai Park. There's ample parking available. The public areas are elegantly designed, and the rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, equipped with comprehensive smart facilities. The service is warm and welcoming. The lobby offers complimentary drinks, and guests receive a welcome fruit platter and a small gift daily. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied. The Chinese breakfast includes all of Handan's local specialty snacks, and there's also a wide selection of Western breakfast options. The variety is extensive, and the food tastes great. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Handan.

The experience of staying at Atour Hotel MixC Handan East Station this time was perfect! The lobby is super large, with a small reception area and a super large book bar. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom supplies are all big brands, and the smart devices are easy to operate. There are rich varieties of breakfast, and the waitress can also make special delicacies. The gym and laundry facilities are first-class, and the service staff are always available to help. Highly recommended to friends who pursue quality, it is definitely worth the money!

We had a magical stay here in this serene and beautiful place. The hotel is beautifully designed with an impressive play area, swimming pools, restaurants and it is perfectly located for exploring the stunning mountain range of East Taihang. All of the staff were very friendly, especially the cleaning, gardening, catering and play area staff. The room was exceptional with a view of a waterfall, little garden and very clean and comfortable. The gym was in the hallway with just a few bikes and treadmills so not exactly equipped for weightlifting but the mountains provide a decent workout. It would be nice for reception to have more information about local spots or events. I think there was mention of a night market but we weren’t sure exactly where and how to get there. We did successfully use Didi to get to a few amazing scenic spots around here though. It is such a special place and we hope to return some day. Thank you for a beautiful time and happy memories.

Bring your children to Handan and stay at Campanile Hotel (Handan High-speed Railway Station). The hotel is across the road from Handan High-speed Railway Station and can be seen as soon as you exit the high-speed railway station. You can find transportation to Handan attractions at the high-speed rail station. Very convenient for playing. Our room was on the 9th floor. When the lights came on at night, the view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows was stunning. The hotel facilities are clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable. The hotel staff are warm, thoughtful, meticulous and patient. In addition, although the hotel's breakfast is not very diverse, it is of great quality and tastes very good👍

The bathtub is super slow, and the water in the basin is cold, and it has not been filled with half of the water in the bathtub. In particular, the breakfast at this hotel may be because of the May Day holiday. The underground is full of water and oil. The plate is full of water. The coffee cup and bowl are only given to one. It is also brushed by the back kitchen. The guests are everywhere, and there is no service staff to maintain order. The service staff of the omelette are working while answering the phone... chaos everywhere! Don’t eat dinner at this hotel. We ordered a hairy blood. The waiter went to the wrong table. The guest at this table made the wrong meal. I saw it in my eyes. The waiter checked the order and found that it was wrong. I brought this dish to an empty table. I put it for two minutes and gave it to me directly. I really don't know how to evaluate this hotel! In short, you can stay in the store, don't choose here for dinner.

We stayed here with our kids during the New Year's holiday. The location is excellent, right in the city center, very close to the museum and Melody City – all within walking distance.
