This hotel deserves the highest praise. Having stayed in so many hotels in China, my experience at Yun Hotel is the most profound. Besides its high-end facilities, its biggest highlight is its service. The staff provides meticulous care for guests in every aspect, from check-in to elevator access, room arrangements, and restaurant arrangements. The service greatly enhances the hotel's value; when traveling, the greatest enjoyment of staying in a hotel is undoubtedly the service.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from Handan Road and Congtai Park. There's ample parking available. The public areas are elegantly designed, and the rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, equipped with comprehensive smart facilities. The service is warm and welcoming. The lobby offers complimentary drinks, and guests receive a welcome fruit platter and a small gift daily. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied. The Chinese breakfast includes all of Handan's local specialty snacks, and there's also a wide selection of Western breakfast options. The variety is extensive, and the food tastes great. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Handan.

The experience of staying at Atour Hotel MixC Handan East Station this time was perfect! The lobby is super large, with a small reception area and a super large book bar. I consulted the hotel front desk and found out there are about 1,000 books. There is coffee to taste in the lobby. The front desk staff is professional and enthusiastic. They serve tea when you enter the store and warm water when you leave the store. They also thoughtfully prepare welcome fruits. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the city night view. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom supplies are all big brands, and the smart devices are easy to operate. There are rich varieties of breakfast, and the waitress can also make special delicacies. The gym and laundry facilities are first-class, and the service staff are always available to help. Highly recommended to friends who pursue quality, it is definitely worth the money!

Originally set next to the quan season, the price was 70 yuan cheaper after booking, and I was angry and refunded. I set up Yunju, and I found that it was right. The Yunju room was clean, the front desk customer service was particularly warm and warm, the breakfast was rich, the night was very quiet, the free parking at the door was also close to the museum, and I went there after a stroll. It was very convenient to eat and buy things nearby. Next time I come back to Shanghai, I will live in Yunju, I really recommend it!

We had a magical stay here in this serene and beautiful place. The hotel is beautifully designed with an impressive play area, swimming pools, restaurants and it is perfectly located for exploring the stunning mountain range of East Taihang. All of the staff were very friendly, especially the cleaning, gardening, catering and play area staff. The room was exceptional with a view of a waterfall, little garden and very clean and comfortable. The gym was in the hallway with just a few bikes and treadmills so not exactly equipped for weightlifting but the mountains provide a decent workout. It would be nice for reception to have more information about local spots or events. I think there was mention of a night market but we weren’t sure exactly where and how to get there. We did successfully use Didi to get to a few amazing scenic spots around here though. It is such a special place and we hope to return some day. Thank you for a beautiful time and happy memories.

It's average. It looks good in the photos online, but the room is decorated. You have to queue up for breakfast in the lobby on the first floor. The room door is not soundproof, so I didn't get a good rest. I'd better stay at Seasons in the future.

The downside is that the carpet is dirty, the curtains are not tight, the house is bright early in the morning, and I sleep very uncomfortable. The bathtub is super slow, and the water in the basin is cold, and it has not been filled with half of the water in the bathtub. In particular, the breakfast at this hotel may be because of the May Day holiday. The underground is full of water and oil. The plate is full of water. The coffee cup and bowl are only given to one. It is also brushed by the back kitchen. The guests are everywhere, and there is no service staff to maintain order. The service staff of the omelette are working while answering the phone... chaos everywhere! Don’t eat dinner at this hotel. We ordered a hairy blood. The waiter went to the wrong table. The guest at this table made the wrong meal. I saw it in my eyes. The waiter checked the order and found that it was wrong. I brought this dish to an empty table. I put it for two minutes and gave it to me directly. I really don't know how to evaluate this hotel! In short, you can stay in the store, don't choose here for dinner.

The room was fine, no complaints about that. However, they give us very little toilet paper, and we always have to ask for more. There's no one who speaks English at the reception desk at any time. As with many other hotels in China, the reservation ticket scrambles our long and confusing western names in ways that are undecipherable to most Chinese, and that always creates some tension at the check-in, because the name in the booking form doesn't match EXACTLY the name on the passport. This is a recurrent problem in China, and it happens everywhere, creating delays and embarrassment. The hotel location is fine, as it is just two blocks away from a large shopping mall, the ”Miller City”. It's overall a good experience, and I'd certainly stay there again.
