GGuest UserThe experience of staying at Atour Hotel MixC Handan East Station this time was perfect! The lobby is super large, with a small reception area and a super large book bar. I consulted the hotel front desk and found out there are about 1,000 books. There is coffee to taste in the lobby. The front desk staff is professional and enthusiastic. They serve tea when you enter the store and warm water when you leave the store. They also thoughtfully prepare welcome fruits. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the city night view. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom supplies are all big brands, and the smart devices are easy to operate. There are rich varieties of breakfast, and the waitress can also make special delicacies. The gym and laundry facilities are first-class, and the service staff are always available to help. Highly recommended to friends who pursue quality, it is definitely worth the money!

GGuest UserI wanted to choose a Dujie Family Hotel not far from Shijiazhuang. After looking around, I chose Dongtaihang Dawn Hotel, which is more than two hours’ drive from Shijiazhuang. It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived at the hotel. The environment of the hotel built in the scenic spot is really good. We came here during the National Day. There were very few people in the hotel and we were relatively quiet. There were only two of us in the children's pool. It is worth mentioning that The temperature of the children's heated swimming pool is very high, more than 30 degrees, and my old mother really likes it! In addition, the hotel is only a five-minute walk from the entrance of the East Taihang Scenic Area, and more than ten minutes' drive from the Jingniang Lake Scenic Area. The scenic area has been developed for many years and is very mature. In addition to staying in the hotel, it is well worth a visit with the children.
Service: Compared with the well-trained service staff of five-star hotels, this hotel has more local enthusiasm. Before check-in, a housekeeper Xie Yingying was added. She prepared the room in advance very thoughtfully and put the items according to our requirements. The whole hotel During the check-in process, they kept asking me about my requirements, which was very considerate. All in all, this is a resort hotel worth visiting again. IItuTladiI had had a really frustrating day and the staff was extremely helpful. They were very patient and polite considering that there was language barrier and I slept so peacefully, the bed was extremely comfortable and I woke feeling a whole lot better. I’d definitely go back

The hotel is across the road from Handan High-speed Railway Station and can be seen as soon as you exit the high-speed railway station. You can find transportation to Handan attractions at the high-speed rail station. Very convenient for playing. Our room was on the 9th floor. When the lights came on at night, the view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows was stunning. The hotel facilities are clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable. The hotel staff are warm, thoughtful, meticulous and patient. In addition, although the hotel's breakfast is not very diverse, it is of great quality and tastes very good👍

The front desk introduced chess and five-piece chess to play, it was too friendly to us, my father and husband played chess, I played five-piece chess with the children, the experience was full, the young lady at the front desk spoke softly and whispered very well, adding a lot of highlights to the hotel, haha! There is still a small chaos to eat for free at night. We have set two rooms and the front desk has given an extra one. This hotel is really not praised. The transportation is convenient and there is a parking lot. The hotel facilities are very good, the room is large and clean, the room is very soundproof and quiet, the park scenery is outside the window, there are poems and other paintings on both sides of the aisle, which are very elegant, the front desk service is enthusiastic, and the staff will take the initiative to say hello. TTrilha EspiritualThe room was fine, no complaints about that. However, they give us very little toilet paper, and we always have to ask for more. There's no one who speaks English at the reception desk at any time. As with many other hotels in China, the reservation ticket scrambles our long and confusing western names in ways that are undecipherable to most Chinese, and that always creates some tension at the check-in, because the name in the booking form doesn't match EXACTLY the name on the passport. This is a recurrent problem in China, and it happens everywhere, creating delays and embarrassment. The hotel location is fine, as it is just two blocks away from a large shopping mall, the ”Miller City”. It's overall a good experience, and I'd certainly stay there again.

It is also brushed by the back kitchen. The guests are everywhere, and there is no service staff to maintain order. The service staff of the omelette are working while answering the phone... chaos everywhere! Don’t eat dinner at this hotel. We ordered a hairy blood. The waiter went to the wrong table. The guest at this table made the wrong meal. I saw it in my eyes. The waiter checked the order and found that it was wrong. I brought this dish to an empty table. I put it for two minutes and gave it to me directly. I really don't know how to evaluate this hotel! In short, you can stay in the store, don't choose here for dinner.

WWenwen218The environment was nice. This was my second stay, but the front desk staff were a bit unprofessional at check-in. Zhang Jiangping's service in the guest rooms was excellent! My two children really enjoyed the bread-making and pottery activities. The evening fireworks display was a bit short. I hope the various activities can be enriched and improved.
