辦理入住的時候，明明前台2位工作人員，前面衹有一位男士辦理入住，工作人員卻在不停的用對講打電話，辦理入住時間太久。。。
銷售經理已經給做了預訂，然後也告知了房號，到了前台，卻和告知的不一樣。
叫了外賣，需要機器人送，等了很久，給前台打電話詢問，如果排隊需要等多久。跟我説幾分鐘。又過了很久再次打電話，如果需要等很久我就自己下去拿，跟我説送餐高峯期，那就自己來拿吧。。請問那第一次打電話怎麼不説呢
整體的這個服務，兩個字形容，呵呵。。
