Das Hotel ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind maximal einen Punkt wert und sind leider auch nicht sauber gewesen. Das Hotel bietet kein Restaurant, keine Bar und das Frühstück fällt sehr dürftig aus, so dass immer ein Bedarf besteht, in den Ort zu fahren. Taxis sind am Sonntag schwer zu bekommen. Von der kleinen Terrasse des Zimmers (ohne Sitzgelegenheiten) oder auch vom Pool aus hat man aber einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und auch einen sehr gepflegten Garten. Leider waren auch die Mitarbeiter des Hotels wenig freundlich, so dass man sich hier nicht willkommen fühlte.

Отель мне понравился, заметно что в отель не вкладывают совсем ничего, сам по себе уже давно уставший и на сегодняшний день практически совсем убитый. О сервисе не заботиться совсем, хозяева этого отеля не совсем знакомо данное понятие. В отеле невозможно поужинать, нужно бронировать ужин утром, но если обстоятельства складываются, что нет возможности куда-то выйти и хотелось бы перекусить тебе или ребёнку это будет невозможно. Если придёшь на ресепшен и попросишь организовать какую-то еду, получишь либо отказ, либо ответ, что не понимает по-английски. Это классический ответ когда не очень-то и хотят что-либо предпринимать. Единственный плюс в отеле, это локация и прекрасные виды которые открываются вокруг отеля. Не знаю как в других, возможно не хуже. Видела отзывы от 2017 г., примерно такие же, номера были убиты ещё с тех времён. Завтраки, это отдельная песня. Есть практически нечего. Очень скудный. Есть ощущение, что тебе предлагают ночлег, всё остальное этого отеля не касается.

No airport transportation, limited use of hot water (only at night), also water is not as hot as usual shower, room and facilities are poorly updated.
The hotel shop is selling nice wears.
Compared with pricing, we expect more updated hotel with this price range.

This is a fairly large hotel with a couple of central buildings (reception and bar/ restarant) and the rooms spread out in ground floor blocks spreading out from the central point. It's very close to the airstrip. WiFi only works properly in central areas. My room was OK on size, ditto bathroom, but decor very dated and tired, as was the bath/ shower. Wood floors, aircon unit, no TV. Simple towels and toiletries. My particular room was on the end of a block with a small balcony and a magnificent view over the ocean. The breakfast buffet was very thin on choices of food. Scrambled eggs were the only hot choice. Urn of coffee. One kind of fruit juice. Toast, cheese, cold meats, fruit, some cake. Place was 30 minute walk into Hanga Roa. Ok for a few days, but not longer.
