Hotels with Bars in Hangzhou

Miss Zhu who drove us around the West Lake provided excellent service and explanation of the areas we visited. The service was excellent in helping us bringing our luggage to the room as well!

Very good hotel, it's the 3rd time and I'm never disappointed. The staff is very friendly and got upgraded. The suite room is clean and has a comfortable bathtub. The bed is big with different pillows to choose from. The breakfast has western and chinese food with a good selection. I will definitely stay again in this hotel.

First time in Hangzhou . Shangri-La has never failed to impress me . Very accommodating. Location is very near to wulin night market . Would like to stay longer but had to catch next day flight . Only issue is not getting point for Shangri-La member ….

It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

The location is brilliant - right next to the river. The evening view from the window was fantastic. If you're into running, there's a great running path that follows the river. Perfect!!! The staff were VERY friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade when we arrived (although not sure what the upgrade included since the room looked pretty much like what we had booked). The room itself was very clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. The bathroom looked nice at first, but then the shower drain didn't work properly and when checked it was clogged up. The water from the shower kept spilling through to the toilet cabin - the sealing between the two needs checking. The overhead shower didn't look clean and the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. We had an air purifier in the room (I guess that was the upgrade?) but it kept switching off after a minute. And for some reason the hair drier only worked in the socket next to the window. We were really looking forward to sitting by the pool in the evening, but we were told that we had to pay 1,000 RMB to use that area in the evening. That should have been made clear in the hotel description since one of the reasons we booked this hotel was so we could admire the view in the evening from there. Overall, very happy with the location but the bathroom needs repairs.

The hotel staff (Ms Lilia and a male service staff) were very helpful by helping us sending two courier packages. The breakfast meals/food should make some changes after 1-2 days. We stayed for 3 days, having same foods everyday was not fun. The location near to metro and very convenient.

Mercure Hotel in Hangzhou is very good for its location, on a top office building with the best view over the new downtown and the river, but is far from a regular 4 star Mercure hotel, and for sure not in line with the Accor Group standards. While the view is perfect, the average service, average (to poor) breakfast, need of some refurbishment, noisy corridors (you could hear everything what your neighbour does in his/her toilet/shower) brings rather an idea of a provincial hotel than a top class venue in the heart of a bustling metropole. The bed is confortable indeed, but baths is small, shower cabin not properly isolated - so you end your shower with water everywhere, toiletries smell like medicine rather than a proper shampoo or shower gel. If you neee a room to sleep over a busy business day and you are resistent to noise before you fall asleep (yes, they do offer earplugs!!), or if you wish to impress a young girl with the view... and then you do not care about noise and water all over, as this will be part of your night... yes, this is your hotel. But if you look for comfort, service (for which Accor Group is famous) and real 4 stars amenities, better find another hotel...

Hotel was fantastic, it’s near to the Hangzhou east station and the staff was awesome. All of them are very polite and nice, their customer service was perfect. They are always there to answer your questions and if there’s any request, they’ll try their best to meet. This is by far the best hotel I’ve been to! The hotel interior was very unique and the amenities provided was sufficient. The price includes breakfast and the breakfast was alright, a lot of variety in one set. Before I left, their are still very nice and kind and there’s was a small gift (snack) given to guest checking out. I would love to stay at this hotel again in the future when my family could come here for holiday! Thank you so much for the fantastic service!

One of the best hotel to see .. People are so kind especially Oliver the best person to handle people .. Olivia very fast in not letting people wait for check in .. Oliver was supporting and directing foreigners all .. Hotel infrastructure is amazed with global concept .. Dining experience is amazing with varietys Stomach is small to eat all of them all was yummy It is close raffle city shopping mall and citizen center factory outlets And also light show in the evening 🌆 I recommend this hotel is for all age groups ..

I booked a loft family room in a hot spring hotel recommended in my book. It was more cost-effective for the whole family. A little accident happened on the way (there were a lot of bugs on the bed). I informed the front desk and they immediately changed my room (and upgraded it). I hope the hotel is hygienic. It's good to go to the hot springs when there aren't many people. Afternoon tea is also provided and there are more varieties. However, when I went there, I almost collected the meal and left after eating a few bites. I paid 168 for breakfast per person. To be honest, it's not worth it. At this price, the cute pet park is just for chickens, ducks and geese. It’s very simple. There are still many grass skaters. It’s 50 yuan. After arriving at the hotel twice, you can call a shuttle bus wherever you go. After you check out, the door post will give you two bottles of drinking water. When you check out, you find that you left something behind. I contacted the hotel and said it would be sent to me, but it has not been sent to me on the third day. I hope it will be sent to me as soon as possible. Overall, it is not bad.
